SCBills Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Needs its own thread and needs to be said.. Absolutely gross and completely unbecoming of anyone in society, let alone the President. At some point, this callous disregard for life that is becoming more and more prevalent in our country has got to end. This past year has shown us that we are heading to a very dark place societally. One would hope we could look to the leaders of our country, in an attempt, to reverse course - but apparently that is too much to ask. 3 1 3 4
B-Man Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago True. He really did himself some harm there. Not because Reiner was worthy of any praising response, but if you 'had to' respond Mr. President, you should have shown a little common decency. 1 1
AlBUNDY4TDS Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Yep, his biggest flaw, unfortunately. He needs to do better.
BillsFanNC Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Trump being Trump. I for one am shocked by the behavior.
teef Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago well said. we need to expect more from out leaders, and we all need to realize that this can't keep going on...and i mean that for both sides. we're better than this.
BillsFanNC Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Yes. Whataboutism indeed. We are long past the point of no return on civility. The guy who endured two assassination attempts in 2024 due to grossly irresponsible leftist rhetoric understands this I do believe. Crass and irresponsible rhetoric from our POTUS? Sure. But I can't begin to care. 1

I legit couldn’t care less. Trumps an *** hole. Film at 11. 2 2

Find a new propagandist. Reiner wore his beliefs on his sleeve and was unafraid to show who he really was. And old rush, the deaf narcotic addict who went alone on golf trips with a supply of viagra was hardly above criticism. Edited 3 hours ago by Joe Ferguson forever

He's uncouth, immoral, gauche, dishonest, vengeful, jealous, coarse and petty. He's been that way his entire life. 1

If you want to act like this when so many on the right have condemned his remarks, then let’s walk down memory lane regarding some of your elected leaders and what seems to be a not insignificant portion of your sides angry, hateful base. How about everyone needs to step back off the ledge before we all walk off it together. Edited 3 hours ago by SCBills 1 1

Doc Brown Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Here's what Reiner said when Charlie Kirk died. For those of you trying to twist yourself into pretzels defending Trump. You don't need to. 1 1 1
The Frankish Reich Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago CNN just ran Rob Reiner's interview response to the murder of Charlie Kirk. The CNN announcer said they were alerted to it by a leader at Turning Point USA. Reiner probably vehemently disagreed with most of what Charlie Kirk espoused. But still, he showed some decency at the senseless killing of another man. Nicely done. What a contrast. RIP. 1

This kinda shite didn't start until trump. And if yourre not surprised, why would you vote for him? My side is angry because maga's want to tear down norms, rules and traditions that have been honored and respected since the traitors the civil war tried the same thing. 6 minutes ago, Doc Brown said: Here's what Reiner said when Charlie Kirk died. Reiner will be well remembered by his movies and acting. trump will not be well remembered.
SydneyBillsFan Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago As a Christian we are taught to forgive. But....the left created this environment. Pointing the finger at Trump for playing by the same rules is just hypocrisy of the highest order. 1 1 1
