I know like 2 or 3 asked in the around the NFL thread but here is the update on the Oline injuries for NE:

Campbell LT: they think it’s an MCL sprain and having an MRI to confirm if it is he is on the IR designated to return

Wilson LG: Was seen in a walking boot with different outlets reporting different things the most common is a high ankle sprain which will keep him out as well.

mods if wrong start new thread please merge thanks!

Best case scenario for Pats based off how it looked.

Campbell is the anchor of that line so if he only misses 4-6 games and returns for the playoffs, that’s huge.

My pats fan friends are alarmed about this turn of events. One pointed out that Lowe was the worst LT in the league last year and looked it again yesterday.

Part of being successful in the NFL is avoiding injuries. The Pats have been INCREDIBLY lucky on that front this season. They can cry when they lose Hunter Henry and Stefon Diggs for multiple games and Christian Barmore for the season.

Lowe was awful last year, yesterday he wasn’t awful but I think him being in sped up Maye clock in his head.. I was expecting injuries rather it was elsewhere lol

Most of the Pats*** fans I know are too busy saying "we're back!" to realize what is going on.

Next man up. We'll see how good (or not so good) their depth is on the OL.  Those are actually pretty good situations, not that any injury is great, but if neither require surgery, there shouldn't be any long term effects once they heal up.

Really?? Most I know are worried about the rest of the year. The oline was better but hardly elite (who would expect that with 2 rookies starting on the line) now with Lowe and a former UDFA (last year) starting on Maye blind side that scary… and I’m worried he is going to go down injured next without him the season is over he is the offense.

Those injuries are nothing compared to what the Bills have dealt with.

Let's see how good Maye can be with a not so good OL

Bills Injuries been crazy, but wasn’t that mostly on D?  Maye did ok when Lowe and god I forget the backup LG name went in.. but the running game was beyond bad!! Couldn’t get 1 yard in 8 tries on the ground.. I am more worried about Maye health with this happening he was already the 2nd highest sacked QB in the NFL with the O line all healthy

Morgan moses got hurt too I think

He was suffering from an illness but went back in.. I can’t imagine being a lineman and doing that job sick..

Lowe last year was probably the worst LT in the NFL, and we have an UDFA from last year starting at LG.. Pats are paper thin at talent, hard rebuild an entire roster in 1 year but they are definitely improved just the depth isn’t like it would be for a team well run for years like the Bills.

I think it's cute how the Pats play Cincy without Burrow and we get to play him after he warms up for a week or two.

Count your blessings PatsFan!!

lol Their O didn’t scare me, their D has now out 2 good games in a row.. mind you Pats matched up and down the field just stunk in the red zone all day.

Yeah, great OL depth isn't something a lot of teams think about first, but having at least a couple guys that can immediately step in and keep the offense rolling at close to normal is huge.  If Spencer Brown is going to IR, that's a big loss for the Bills OL, but Ryan Van Demark, while obviously not the same, can hold his own.

Honestly (unfortunately) NE are in a great position, a 9 game win streak, 10-2, got the Giants at home for MNF in week 13.

Followed by a Bye then another home game against Buffalo.

So they are going to be 11-2 going into the Bye unless Jameis throws for a 455 yard miracle game, he got 350+ againt Detroit and lost.

Then there will be some talk of "adversity" and I am sure Vrabel will get some extra motivation from somewhere.

Our DL outside of Walker is just playing at a mediocre level at present, the NE OL will probably sleepwalk through the week 15 game.

Would love more than anything to knock these idiots out of the playoffs.

If we make that would be great.
