Eagles again good defense and capable offense. jets are the jets so this is the only game I see as a for sure win, but I thought that about Miami too so there's that. I'm not confident in the playoffs this year at all. All those defenses give up big yardage, which sets up much better situations for Allen than Houstons #1 D did. So realistically they at least get 3 of those games Quote

I can see 10-7 but dont think thats good enough to get in. Maybe they get luck to get 11 wins and I do think that would get them in, 10 won't IMO. So I ran the numbers on 10-7 and the Bills most likely get in as long as their 3 wins are AFC given the tiebreakers they have as they gets them to 10-7. Even if they lose to PIT and go 10-7 they have the edge on BAL/JAX if those two are wildcards. Where things could get squirrely is if the Texans get to 10 wins & the Steelers get to 10 wins and that is our competition for the final spot. Houston does not have an easy schedule left with IND 2x, KC, LAC out of their remaining 6. A Bills win over PIT would really help to put some distance in the wildcard race and add another tiebreaker, but as long as they are 10-7 with all three wins AFC they still have a solid look at the playoffs. 1 Quote

Lol, does it matter though, they're most likely one and done Quote

I guess the only thing I would say is with Josh I always want a shot because if he is hot for four games anything is possible. 2 Quote
BillsMontreal Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago 50-50 for me. Not more than that the way they played since day 1. 50 IN because of Josh Allen. 50 OUT because of this defensive sheme and the way Beane seems to badly wants to keep his picks. He saw the sames games...and he still didnt pay or overpay for a WR1 at the trade deadline. At this point, i dont know what to say. He is a genius i guess. So, 50-50 and this game at Pittsburgh will tell us a lot about those chances. Quote
Success Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Ask me after Sunday. If we beat Pitt on the road, I could see that starting a run, and potentially a 12-5 final record (which may actually still win the division). If we lose, and especially if we do NOT look good doing so - well, that's trouble. This should be a desperation one for us, and if we can't win when we're desperate, this season is probably more of a re-set than a contending kind of year. I think we win & go on a run. Quote

We are 3-4 on our last 7. The playoffs are not guaranteed if we keep playing inconsistent and going win-loss-win-loss So public poll, do we make the playoffs or end up on the outside looking in Gotta win 4 of our last 6. Don't see it happening with what I've seen the last two months. Hope Bills find their stride and come into the playoffs playing their best version of whatever this year's team can be. Quote
GolfandBills Posted 50 minutes ago Posted 50 minutes ago I don’t think so. They are too severely flawed on both sides of the ball. I think they’ll lose to Pittsburgh Sunday handily and that will be it for them. 1 Quote
Murdox Posted 41 minutes ago Posted 41 minutes ago (edited) The Steelers game is really the one we need to win. It's at home, and I do believe we can beat the Jets and Browns. The Bengals and Patriots are a toss-up, and until the Eagles laid an egg yesterday I had assumed that was going to be a loss. 9 minutes ago, GolfandBills said: I don’t think so. I've been thinking that would be the case for several games this year, and then the Bills end up winning them. So, I really have no idea, but I do know being at home should be helpful in this one. Agree on all of this - we just need to take care of our own business, starting this weekend in Pittsburgh. Every team in the hunt has "swing" type games, that can go either way. All 4 divisions are technically up for grabs. A lot of these teams also play each other over the final 6 weeks --- definitely safe to say that a 10-7 record will likely get you in this year. Quote
