Players do commercials in-season. Jim Kelly talked about flying out and doing a Nuprin commercial on his off-day during the week in his biography.

Saw Sir Paul last night - just incredible what he is able to do at 83 yrs old - 2 hr show without a break and him front and center the entire time (band actually getting breaks while he performs solo at times).  Saw same tour 3 yrs ago in Wake Forest stadium - pretty much exact same show didnt really notice any fall off from him at all.  Was cool seeing in more 'intimate' arena venue vs stadium
