Almost didn't do this as I was too pissed... and dont anticipate major participation but here goes

Up

Walker - continues to improve and show us what might be a dominant player

Cook - because he didn't really suck

Ray Davis - cause he actually made a play

HON MENTION  - Palmer really nice catch before he got hurt

DOWN

Brady - horrible calls, James Cook on sideline 48% of the game, couldn't figure out how to protect Josh, get Recievers open , inside hand off, toss whatever that was to Moore on 4th down... just cmon man...

Babich - cause he is babich, tackling, scheme, basic lining up for the first snap of the game...1st Fing snap... coverage, gap coverage shedding blocks, intensity... I could go on...

Beane/McD - this team is not only drastically devoid of premier talent especially on D but who ever thought rolling out this secondary was ok... its not ok... so much more failed FA WRs no weapons for Josh... etc etc...

Do we need another reset year ?  Eat some cap ?

Its like we keep building and building but not growing.

Its like we have one 10 out of 10 player a 9 out of 10 then go out of our way to fill the roster with 7s that turn into 6s.

Need more 8, 9s and 10s and we need to hit in the draft to afford it all.

Up: Cook’s non-use in high leverage situations likely forced a reckoning between Coach McD and OC Brady.

The losing streak went to the bye like creating a sense of urgency to address personnel and scheme shortcomings by McD and Beane.

The Bills received the gift of desperation; getting beat by two lessor teams who took advantage of their undisciplined and complacent play.
Down:

The secondary is a disaster but McD brings in washed up former players instead talented athletes.

Josh has happy feet.

The OC has called some ***** games this year. The DC can’t motivate or fix the leaky defense.

Up

Walker - he has been the best defender.

Shaq Thompson - notice our D got a lot better when he and D Williams were on the field together.

Cook - continues to have a fantastic year, now if we could go ahead and use our best running back on 4th down. And what about a few designed pass plays for him???

Down

Rousseau - He has not received the vitriol he deserves—I’m here to fix that. One STUPID play at the start of the game changes the tone and entire trajectory of the game. HOW CAN YOU LINE UP Offside on play one?

Brady & Josh - The obvious incredulous 4th down call. But why did they seem to not have a plan to handle the Falcon’s blitz? That’s what they do.

Babich and the Defense - I don’t care about half-time adjustments, how about being prepared at the start of the game? Are they really that much more intelligent than you? I guess so. And if so, is it seriously time for a change?

Roos had a very good game in the shitshow against the Falcons.  He had a bone bruise, and is finally healthy

Bills DL (we get Hoecht and Larry O, Roos and Ed)

Palmer- one of a couple WR Josh trusts

BRADY exposed as the weak offensive coordinator he is.  I’m disgusted with Brady

I do like Shaq's thumping... he needs to be better in coverage.

Up:

Oliver-Just having him back is a good thing.

Shaq- Continues to make plays. Even the dropped INT, he was in the right place. Just has the hands of a LBer.

The prospect of a trade this week- I don't see any way Beane looks at what he's seen so far and doesn't realize we need reinforcements.

Down:

Fan Morale. It's not just heading into a bye on a two week skid. It's losing to the Patriots which always brings back memories of the drought era and then getting run all over. Demoralizing.

Joe Brady- Dude, what are you doing? All these cute plays fail. Just stop it.

OL pass blocking. This makes two weeks in a row they have done a shoddy job. Allen is constantly under pressure and bailing from clean pockets when he isn't because he can't trust them. Time for Kromer to put down the beach chair and do some coaching.

NO disagreements from me.  But yikes, the "UP" looks like the "UP" of a drought-era teama, which, lets not kid ourselves, this team is.  Outside of having a unicorn QB, this team is really, really bad.  Up because someone made a play.  Yeah, yikes.  Palmar had 2 nice plays,  Yikes.

I'm still... how Offside does one have to be for you to call it on the first play of the game?  They miss lining up in the neutral zone CONSTANTLY - but they needed to toss that flag?

I'd say my up would be in line with others

UP

Walker - I know he doesn't pop in every rep, but it felt like he was in on every run stop

Thompson - i'd like to see him catch that pick on the last drive and put pressure on atlanta though

Davis - He got the ball and made a big play.  He also played 2 snaps so its sad that he's in this section.

Down

Bernard - Seemed to struggle with play depth and a lot of that had to do with stacking the LOS

Safeties - Rapp stinks, like 0 redeeming qualities.  Bishop seemed to also struggle with angles and depth because we needed to stop the run bleeding

Allen - He played pretty poorly in this one.  He wasn't seeing the field well pre or post-snap, and missed a number of throws that were chain movers.

Oh there were several including the WR running into Tre on a 3rd down stop... and us getting called... I dont pretend to make sense of the officiating... there was one flag thrown literally after the Bills were leaving the field after a stop... it was almost like the league called and said throw something! Go to commercial and we will figure it out later LOL...  so I hear you...

TBH I think most people have a higher opinion of Bernard than I do... I just do not see him shedding blocks and making plays especially laterally... like you employ these small glorified Safeties as your LB cause they can run... but they cant shed blocks... so whats the point...

Amazed that nobody listed the Bills Strength and Conditioning staff as a major DOWN. This roster looks terribly small, and weak compared to every one of their opponents. I thought Pegula bought them a new weight room. Does anyone ever go in there?

I actually thought of that... like way too many non combat injuries

Posted

Down

Tyler Rapp should not be on the field

Not addressing the WR boundary positions properly when it is an obvious negative

Injuries make it hard to judge, especially with younger guys

Up

Delone Walker has been a pleasant surprise

Dalton Kincaid is a blossomimg into a star TE

James Cook hasn't missed a beat with the holdout

If Babich were on the market looking for a team, he would be unemployed for a long time.
