So fun that they must have the Lewis on the mic at the Bills home field. As if the Ravens don’t exist on their own as a franchise. He’s somehow the face of anything Ravens. Annoying and embarrassing. And he has ALWAYS given Allen his props, even when Allen was rough around the edges his first few years. Collinsworth nicely pointed out exactly why it matters that DBs don't respect Keon's "speed," showing how they were effectively playing him tight without the deep threat. And then Keon nicely showed how he can work around that problem, at least when the other team is protecting a lead. Quote

TBBills Fan Posted September 8 Posted September 8 https://www.facebook.com/share/v/19ZDbmeTH2/ Cook stiff arms jukes defenders and runs for 54 yards Collinsworth: that was all Josh Allen on that one bahaha Quote
Codger Posted September 8 Posted September 8 I thought Collingsworth actually made a savvy observation about how it seemed to him that the Bills game plan was overly focused on quick passes because they appeared to fear the Ravens pass rush. When the Bills had to open up the passing game because they were down by two scores, the O-line proved up to the task of protecting Josh very well. Not that Josh's ability to escape and extend plays doesn't have major a role in this, but the Bills O-line did their job pretty darn well vs an intimidating defense that brings a lot of pass pressure. Collinsworth should be dressed as captain obvious as part of his contract, the guy is a massive tool, Quote

He doesnt provide any actual color commentary, he just tells everyone how great the team is that is winning. Then when the score changes he reverses course and tells you how great the other team is. It may as well just be white noise. Everytime Chris Collinsworth talks John Madden rolls in his grave. Edited September 8 by thenorthremembers 1 Quote

Someone said “we’re live!” And he still started the hug fest. Very random for a Bills home game. Quote

Buffalo ill Posted September 9 Posted September 9 I would like an option to turn off the audio for the color commentator and just have play by play Quote
SoCal Deek Posted September 9 Posted September 9 I started noticing the Collinsworth sthick a couple of seasons ago. All he does now is listen to the producers to see who they have a replay of, and he makes a shallow comment about how ‘great’ that player is….then does it all over again on the next play. Over, and over, and over again. Yawn. No analysis. No in depth strategy, nothing you can’t get off the Wikipedia page for each player. Quote

This is true, I think they all have a shelf life... I remember at the end people just hating Howard Cosell... Romo was the bomb in the first few seasons... etc... I think Collingsworth has reached his shelf life with me... er well like in 2018 lol Quote
