Not just well...among the best of all-time. Not only is he the All-Time leader in TD/game in both the regular and post-season, he also has the only perfect offensive game in NFL history which occured in the playoffs, has one of the lowest INT % in the playoffs, and has one of the best TD/INT ratios of all time as well. Defense and ST consistently has let him down over and over again. Edited August 16 by Big Turk Quote
billybob71 Posted August 16 Posted August 16 Josh Allen is owed a couple playoff games where he plays mediocre and the defense and coaches find a way to win it but will that happen? Quote

I mentioned this before but I really hope the moves Beane made to improve the D are successful as the entire season depends on it. If not then expect more of the same. Division title, a win on WC weekend, then bounced in either the divisional round or AFCCG. Another year wasted of Allen's career. It's like watching groundhog day with the Beane/McDermott Bills every year. What’s crazy is Buffalo never had a problem putting together top NFL defenses or even stellar running games for the past 30 years. The problem was always finding a QB and elevating the passing game. Now that we have a top QB, it’s been a never ending issue giving him a consistently good defense. When they broke the drought, they did it on the backs of McCoy and the D. Quote

When they broke the drought, they did it on the backs of McCoy and the D. The defense in that broke the draught wasn't anything special. In several statistical categories, Rex's defenses performed better. The law of averages worked in our favor in 2017, allowing us to clinch the wild card. Andy Dalton and Tyler Boyd contributed just as much to that success as anyone on the Bills. Quote
