Is that when Skynet became self-aware?

Sorry! No one should expect anything from Carter at this point!

He wasn't great but lets give him some time

Not counting on him for much more than being another body if we need him.

The review I got from my Steeler-fan neighbor who is on a similar level to some of the top "scout" posters we have here was not great. But we might get 1 play/game out of him.

Boston garden!  Massholes and New Yorkers all similarly high strung. Easy to mistaken one for the other!

I remember being outside a show at Giants Stadium watching people tearing fences down trying to get in and this laconic old Head walked by me and said "Jesus, I hate the East coast" :lol::lol:

That's awesome! How ironic you were at the show!

That old head must have been used to that California and Midwest vibe.

I am picturing you with long hair, doob in ear acid under the tongue dancing with some fine hippie chicks

A little confused by this one.   Thought he was a 3 tech.  That would put him at the same position as Oliver and Carter.  Seems like a lot of money to be a 3rd defensive tackle.

He's a 3T that's going to partner with Oliver in pass down sub-packages, and spell Oliver in other situations

I've snuck into a couple Dead shows (my favorite was strapping on a pack and hiking into Telluride over the ski area to bypass the roadblocks;-) but I've never smashed up stuff to do it.

Those youngsters lacked guile and subtlety :D

he really doesn't seem like a run stopper at all to me.  At this point he seems like a rotational backup 3 tech and a guy they can kick out at times to 5 tech on the end when they want to be in bigger run sets.

The steelers cut him because they believed he cost too much with a 4 million dollar bonus coming.  They saved 7 million cutting him and then he got a raise here to be a part of a D line rotation.

I don't think his signing effect them on draft day.  I imagine most of the tackles in the first four rounds are equal or better players.

Saves them from drafting McCargo because they have no one else to play the position.  I didnt see the fit with PIT.  In an attack scheme like Buffalo I think he can play well.  If they keep Jones I think he is an upgrade at the 3rd DT spot.  Without Jones I think he could function better at 1T than anyone else on the roster last season.  Ideally, I want Harmon or Grant at 30.  Combination of Rookie, Oliver and Ogunjobi is an improvement over the past many years at DT.

Honestly everything the Bills have done since they moved off Star should tell you fans might want a big tub of goo 350lbs space eater but the organisation doesn't. It wants guys even at 1T who can make plays in the backfield.

I feel like this has been a thing here since Mt. Cody? That and backup quarterbacks.

It was actually just a few days after I had inadvertently ended up front row center (the only time ever) at Red Rocks wearing a kimono stolen from a Japanese hotel

That was a good week; wish I remembered more of it!
