I un-ingnore them after some time passes, since I guess they get zapped by most, and they have gone away. There are a couple of "regulars" on my list - as it turns out, these folks tend to reply to posts in a flurry - mulitiple posts kissing each other's fannies or folks that for reasons unknown have the need to insult and personally attack as a matter of course. What makes it fun, however, is when other people reply to my posts, thus those who have ignored me are still exposed to my posts... What shocks me is that full grown adults need an ignore button, and can't use the ignore button installed in their brain. That being said, I have multiple people on ignore...
