Mark92
Honestly it's Dorsey that really needs to go but if McDermott won't do it then he needs to go as well.

rocky61
We aren't even going to win our division, let alone the Super Bowl...big changes coming this off season.
Since1981
McDermott would make a fine DC or accountant (W&M). He’s also responsible for Dorsey. Franchise is starting to lose hearts and minds. At least Chain/Fitz made me smile as overachievers.
JimBob2232
I'd fire Dorsey right now and put Joe Brady in as OC the rest of the season. If that doesn't fix it...then they are probably all gone this offseason. I've been a McDermott fan - but ive seen enough.
Nitro
The uneven play the last two seasons points to Dorsey. McD had impacted the offense too with his philosophy. He needs to green light the high octane offense. His reluctant attitude to put teams away still bothers me. McDaniel in Miami ran up the score against Denver. Belichick loved rubbing it in. Bills need the killer attitude
