Residing over DOJ that really threw him under the bus yesterday

And I’m not saying the DOJ is wrong either on  Biden

I think they presented it in the best possible way by demonstrating they performed a credible investigation while making some remarks and observations to show a degree of balance and objectivity.

Personally, I had no expectation of anything else.  I'm not a big fan of these document classification issues.  Annually the US government classifies around 34 million documents as secret  or confidential.  I wonder who they're hiding all this info from.   I think it's us.

Democrats Spun Biden’s Classified Docs
As ‘Six Items,’ But Special Counsel
Report Reveals It Was 300-Plus

by Margot Cleveland

Thursday’s bombshell report by Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded that “President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” And though the material concerned “issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods,” and presented “serious risks to national security,” Hur recommended against charging Biden in his 380-plus-page report, saying it would be “difficult to convince a jury” to convict such “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

It is.  That's why the left's only defense (mechanism) is to (laughably) claim he didn't know he had the classified materials.  But they know he knew he had the materials all along and never gave them back.

You want a case study in denial, this is it.

BTW, I see the left is trying to gaslight everyone by claiming Trump is as senile as Joke.

Then again, if they succeed, that means Trump can't be tried for the documents, right?  Right?

shocking!

The Hur report is the powers that be signaling its time for Biden to go.

Look no further than outlets like NBC calling out the dementia and keeping classified docs in his home after ignoring these issues previously.

As someone who worked with those documents all the way up to the highest level, it’s not the amount of the documents. That’s the problem it’s what level of classification may have been lying around.

For instance, I saw top-secret SCI cover pages in those documents that were found at Trump’s place you don’t want those laying around at all as matter fact I shouldn’t be anywhere, but in a skiff

To be fair in all of this, we didn’t get to see what the classification was of the documents that were in Biden’s possession you could assume that they were probably classified at near or the highest level

For instance, confidential would not be as damaging as secret

On several occasions you pretended that you read the report. You must have skipped over the part about classification level.

A painful report for Biden: Hur laid out in detail how Biden mishandled classified materials, writing that FBI agents discovered materials from “the garage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home.” The materials included classified documents, including some marked at the highest top secret/sensitive compartmented information level, related to military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, as well as notebooks containing Biden's handwriting.

Citing the report itself isn't fair to JFR or any other useful idiot.

How dare you!

It didn't obscure it: they're still maintaining that he had no idea he had the documents and/or has been senile since at least 2017 and thus couldn't remember he had them.
