Remember when they found all Biden's classified docs and the conventional wisdom on the right was, well that sinks their case against Trump... Yeah, right. They don't care. They only care about taking down their political opponents in order to accelerate the burning down of this country. They have no problem telling you with a straight face that everyone is treated equally in our system while footage rolls of the classified documents found in Joe Biden garage. It's why they have no problem telling you about mostly peaceful protests while buildings burn in the background. It's why they will tell you that men can menstruate and get pregnant. It's why they will tell you that teachers aren't sexualizing kids as teachers read pornographic novels to their students. It's why they will tell you that spying on a sitting president isn't spying. It's why they will tell you that men competing against women in sports is perfectly fair. These aren't your parents democrats. They are truly evil people who have been enveloped by institutions fully taken over by marxist ideologues over the psst several decades. Their goal is to burn this country down while lecturing you about saving democracy. The mindset among the right has to change and change right now. DoJ already said Pence will not face charges. Their investigation seems to show that the spillage was accidental. Biden is still under investigation, so we’ll see what happens there. Most of Trump’s charges stem from his obstruction of the investigation and how his actions demonstrated that he took the documents intentionally. It’s clear that our government records system is broken, with documents constantly ending up where they shouldn’t be. Does not matter if the spillage was accidental or the documents were returned in a timely fashion. The documents were mishandled and per the law "18 USC § 1924 deals with the unauthorized removal of classified documents. Under this statute, it is a crime for any officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States government to knowingly possess classified documents and remove them without proper authorization". I have no sympathy for Trump, Pence or Biden. They knew better and broke the law, too bad, so sad. Employees of defense contractors deal with this all the time, they don't get a break because it was an accident. I used to work for a defense contractor, had peers written up and even fired for what many would consider minor infractions regarding handling documents. Items as minor as improper logging of documents removed and checked back into secure containers (safes). Not following the proper procedures when opening and closing secure locations (office space or labs). These infractions in no way pertained to the security of documents themselves, just not following the correct procedure for the handling of the documents. I agree that the records and security apparatus is broke. We have 2 presidents and a VP that have shown ;little regard for classified documents.
