DOJ Gives Ray Epps the James Wolfe Treatment – Charged with One Misdemeanor Count,
With Background Plea Deal in Place AND James Boasberg as the Pre-Selected Judge

The man who was seen on multiple video tapes urging the January 6th crowd to storm the Capitol building, the previously well-known agent provocateur Ray Epps, has been charged by the DOJ with one misdemeanor count of “Disorderly or Disruptive Conduct.” Worse still, the announcement from Main Justice comes via the format of an “information” which implies a plea deal was already reached as the charge was made public.

Now the DOJ can say they ‘arrested‘ the guy, and simultaneously flip the narrative as evidence he wasn’t a confidential human source.

This velvet glove arrangement bears striking similarity to the DOJ approach when Senate Intelligence Committee head of security, James Wolfe, leaked the Top-Secret Carter Page FISA application, and was only charged with one count of lying to the FBI about it. {Go Deep} But wait… it gets better.  The pre-selected DC judge is none other than, James Boasberg.  You just can’t make this stuff up folks.

Is there any basis at all for saying that Boasberg was the "pre-selected judge?"

Cases are assigned randomly or by a "wheel" (next in line) in federal district courts. There is no basis given for this "pre-selected judge" comment.

I guess they'd be happier if it had been assigned to Judge Chutkan? Judge Beryl Howell?

Stupid, ill-informed commentary meant to inflame the stupid and ill-informed.

It's a stream of never-ending bs.  They don't get what they want....and a new conspiracy pops up.  I don't think they can stop.

The guy who finds Qanon lurking behind every corner lecturing others about commentary meant to "inflame the stupid and ill-informed."

Gold Jerry, gold!

The guy who quotes qanon Twitter swine constantly is mocking someone else about qanon.  Try self awareness.

I'll note that the US Attorney told he judge that Ray Epps is not, and has never been, a confidential informant for the U.S. government.

That is not something a U.S. Attorney says cavalierly. It is a clear statement - one that could get you disbarred if it is shown to be false.

Did Ray Epps get squishy and start volunteering information to law enforcement (particularly after the events)? Possibly. I don't know, and that's outside the scope of the U.S. Attorney's representation. But in federal law enforcement you either are or aren't a confidential informant. He wasn't. Period.

Then what is he, to receive such special treatment from the US Government?

Finding Qanon!

 😂

He risks getting disbarred for making a false statement about Epps!

False statements to a commie court in a commie district whoa...better be very, very careful!

Now altering evidence...that surely will get you in hot water even in commie DC....

Oh wait, they did catch an attorney with exceptional anti orange man animus doing exactly that. Altering evidence in a FISA application.

Disbarred?

Ha!  Yeah, right.

You live in a complete clown world you fuk.c stain.

,"We're here to storm the capitol"

     - Ray Epps on J5.

Hold on now Ray. You testified that you thought the Capitol would be open on J6. But you chose to characterize the pre planned J6 activities with the term storm.

Maybe it's just me, but that seems like a far cry from peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.
