Ha!  No we have to wear one indoors everywhere.  It’s just the gym that really sucks.

Look, what’s really important is that your true beauty likely lies within, but have you ever stopped to consider all these folks are just tossing signs up when they see you coming?

I think you should consider this.

Hey Chef

My gym(s) dropped that farce a few weeks ago. People wear them going in but they come off immediately after they pass the receptionist.

Great!  Now we need them to do the same here.  Hate wearing a mask. LAUSD said no cloth masks ar school. So why am I wearing one at the gym?  😏

Just take it off. Odds are nobody will say anything. And if you get kicked out then congratulations you managed to free yourself of a ***** gym.

How are they allowed to do that?  The mandate is that masks are required in all public places until February 15th?  Is it a private gym?

LA Fitness. One is in San Bernardino County and there nobody wears them even going in. The other is LA County and there 90% have them hanging under their chin the second they pass the check in desk. Pure virtue signaling nonsense anymore.

But the mandate is still in place in Erie county for some reason. According to our "wonderful" county executive the county's mandate was not changed by Monday's court ruling because it “is based on different state laws.”

A spokesperson confirmed it does not affect the county's mandate, stating, "The action today by the Nassau court on the state’s mask mandate does not affect Erie County’s mask requirement, which is based on different state law. Erie County’s mask requirement remains in place."

What the F does that even mean?

After that Bills game it’s doubtful any virus could survive the vast amount of alcohol being consumed all across Erie County. 😉

It means “ we don’t care what judges say. We know what’s best for you peons so we’re doubling down on our useless and illegal mask mandate”.

The following has statement has been released by the State Attorney General in Albany.

"A replacement order shall supercede the mask mandate, and therefore make null and void the state supreme court's ruling, which will require all citizens to demonstrate the ability to hold their breath for a minimum of 20 minutes in order to qualify for the privilege of exiting their home and going out into a public setting.  As such agents equipped with timers and stopwatches will be setting up testing stations throughout the state to certify qualified individuals.  Compliance is mandatory and punishment for non-compliance will require offending citizens to watch all public speeches given by the Governor during her term to date.  While some may argue this violates the U.S. Federal Constitutional definition of "cruel and unusual punishment" the State shall fight any objections in court and then ignore the law when the court once again rules against us.  The message is we can do this all day if you'd like to because that's what we do all day.  Make your lives more difficult.  But please believe us when we say, we're the government and we're here to help.  Thank you for your forced and coerced voluntary cooperation to help make us all safe."

whatever the worst-case scenario with this virus is, is what’s going to happen.  The last two years should have taught you that.
