WTH is wrong with some of you? "McDermott isn't Reid". Correct, McDermott hasn't coached for over 20 years and won only 1 Super Bowl. McDermott likely isn't a kingmaker. Josh is operating currently on a plane above the skill level of his HC. Phil was the luckiest HC who ever walked the earth. He stumbled in the greatest winner in the NBA with MJ. Then he lucked into Shaq and Kobe. Good coach, no doubt. Made MJ into an elite winner?
