We know Trump is sober because there's no way to say "phenomenal nominee" on the first try after the third drink. Biden looks squinty. "The American people have a right to a say in who the SCOTUS nominee is..." I don't see where it says anything about waiting for the NEXT election for the CURRENT vacancy.
