So, with the Danchenko indictment, the public now knows that a Clinton crony in the person of Dolan fed Danchenko false information that Danchenko then presented to Steele as intel. Steele then regurgitated Danchenko’s claims in the Clinton campaign-funded dossier the former MI6 agent provided the FBI.

Yep.  They're guilty.

Irony here is he's describing the 50 people that watch his show.

What’s hilarious is that people would look to a late night comedian for their news updates. Does Kimmel have a news staff? How the heck does he know ANYTHING about what’s going on in this investigation? I’m not saying he’s right or wrong but he has literally ZERO information or sources on this subject.

He's an idiot who made his fame by showing girls bouncing on trampolines.  He doesn't care/need to know more than what CNN feeds his empty skull.

John Durham, Almost the Media's Invisible Man

Townhall, by Tim Graham

No one can ever claim that the notion of Trump-Russia collusion and the Mueller investigation were downplayed or ignored by the press. It was the opposite. The story was enormous and incessant.Rich Noyes of the Media Research Center found that from Jan. 20, 2017, through July 20, 2019, the evening newscasts at ABC, CBS and NBC alone devoted an astounding 2,634 minutes to the Trump-Russia narrative. On Feb. 12, the conservative media reported a "bombshell." Well, the term "bombshell" is almost copyrighted as a journalism term for "Republican scandal deepener."

Everyone has actually read the Durham filing, right? Especially the lefties, right?

Let's examine this portion.

Quote

The Government’s evidence at trial will also establish that among the Internet data
Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic
pertaining to (i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central
Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States
(“EOP”). (Tech Executive-1’s employer, Internet Company-1, had come to access and maintain
dedicated servers for the EOP as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS
resolution services to the EOP. Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by
mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information
about Donald Trump.)

1. Among. Durham states that the DNS data he cites in the filing is AMONG the exploited data. In other words Durham has more.

2. Data was mined from a "particular healthcare provider" as well. Interesting.

3. Nobody disputes that this contractor provided this service back to the Obama Era. What Durham is saying is that this arrangement was exploited to mine the data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Trump. Somehow I dont think that part was in the contract.

So unless Durham also has discovered that during the Obama administration a Tech executive:

1. Mined the data and passed it along to an RNC lawyer being paid by the Trump campaign.

2. The RNC lawyer then went to the FBI as a "concerned citizen" with the derogatory information and didn't divulge his relationship with the Trump campaign when asked. Lying to the FBI.

3. All in an effort to to further a false, made up story meant to damage Obama.

If Durham has information that Trump and his lawyers/ campaign did the above then I'd want Durham to go after them too.  I think most of us want all this crap out of politics no matter which "side" does it. It's called having principles.

Perhaps in honor of the dubious holiday today, the New York Post runs an unusual editorial under the heading “The absurd ‘Russiagate’ Pulitzer of the NY Times and Washington Post.” Beginning with the Pulitzer board’s bloviation in honor of the winners, the editorial reviews the 20 award-winning stories. The editors preface their review:

[R]eading these pieces four years later, one is struck not only by how irrelevant they are, but how shlocky — tinged with a McCarthyist alarmism of a red under every bed. Two major newspapers that hold themselves up as the pinnacle of press freedom, the “truth dies in darkness” brigade and all that, pushed a conspiracy theory.

As a lesson in mass delusion, it’s worth going through the 20 stories that make up the Post and the Times’ award-winning series to show just how damaging they were: to the truth, to the newspapers’ reputations — and to America itself.

The editorial concludes with a modest if unrealistic proposal:

Of course, the Mueller report, released in 2019, blew it all away. After a full investigation, there was no “collusion.” All the smoke and mirrors used by the Times and Post and their anonymous briefers to turn ambassador meetings into Kremlin plots add up to nothing.

Yet the damage had been done.
