Trey Parker and Matt Stone release official apology to China for their recent episode on censorship:

“Like the NBA, we welcome Chinese censors into our homes and into our hearts,” they said. “We too love money more than freedom and democracy. Xi doesn’t look just like Winnie the Pooh at all. Tune into our 300th episode this Wednesday at 10! Long live the Great Communist Party of China! May this autumn’s sorghum harvest be bountiful! We good now China?”

... What?

Adam Silver was supporting free speech and human rights by... siding with China?

TDS is a degenerative condition.

Eh, I wouldn't say this is TDS. This NBA crap is all about the $$$ they're terrified of losing if/when China cuts them off.

The only one I'm surprised to see on that list is Apple's willingness to hand over encryption keys since they vociferously oppose that sort of thing with US law enforcement.
