They have all disagreed on what are the most important things to do. The true leader says that he will listen to advice but make the decision that he feels is best for the country. Joe, we're not looking to hire someone to work on the factory floor and be told what to think or do. Leading from behind is what Obama did and frankly Joe, you're simply Obama light. Biden says during the Obama administration that he was the last person in the room with the president when he made important decisions.
