Thats what he gets for bouncing everything outside

He has to bounce everything outside, everyone on the O-Line sucks except for the LT. None of the players on the O-Line have made any improvements, I want Castillo out of here so badly. If we get a good O-Line coach in here bank on Dawkins making a legitimate pro bowl push in 2019.

Not only does the team suck, but the ownership sucks, I think that explains the attitude.

How does the team being bad explain, in any way, a person saying they are glad a player got injured, and that he deserved it?

  • 26CornerBlitz changed the title to Shady McCoy Head Injury - In Concussion Protocol with Limited Practice
Here are the steps in the NFL's Return to Practice Protocol

1. Rest and recovery

The first step in his recovery will be rest "until his signs and symptoms and neurologic examination, including cognitive and balance tests, return to baseline status." Neurological testing can be introduced at any point during the first three steps in the process.

2. Light aerobic exercise

This is conducted under the oversight of the team medical staff and can include cardio, stretching and balance training.

3. Continued aerobic exercise and strength training

These activities may "mimic sport-specific activities.

4. Football-specific activities

These activities are non-contact and can include throwing, catching, running, etc.

5. Full football activity

Once the player has been cleared by the team physician and neurological consultant, he can participate in practice and games.
If a player exhibits reoccurring signs of the concussion during any point in the process, they return to the prior step.

McCcoy is at stage 4 as of yesterday.

From Bills Today:

1 - What to expect from LeSean McCoy on Monday Night Football

LeSean McCoy has cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol and is expected to play in Buffalo’s Week 8 matchup with the Patriots.

McCoy was injured in the first quarter of Buffalo’s Week 7 loss to the Colts. The running back was tackled awkwardly out of bounds on the team’s second offensive play and did not return.

The 30-year-old was a limited participant in practice throughout the week and was listed as “questionable” on the Bills’ final injury report.

The Week 8 contest will serve as McCoy’s third Monday night game in a Buffalo uniform, should he play as expected. He has played well in his last two Monday night outings, rushing for 82 yards against New England in 2015 and 85 yards against Seattle in 2016.

In six games this season, McCoy has rushed for 244 yards on 63 attempts. In six lifetime games against the Patriots, the playmaker has rushed for 436 yards and two touchdowns. He has also reeled in 26 receptions for 221 yards and one score.

What makes it suck more this season as opposed to others is probably a couple factors. First it's not the whole team the defense has been great and the offense has essentially been an anchor and while that definitely has to frustrate defensive players it's got to be right around the same level for the offense since nobody wants to be the reason the team loses. Second this year he's the senior guy on the Offense that puts a lot more weight to it.

McCoy is not the problem when the run game isn't working because they were keying on Shady to stop the run. Opposing teams are focused on stopping the run and forcing the Bills to pass the ball. Currently Buffalo in 13th in rush attempts and 21st in rush yards.

If you look at the Buffalo QBs this season you have a very inexperienced second year guy, a rookie and a guy 3 weeks off the street. Yet, this OC calls for a lot of down field throws instead of setting up an offense to help bolster the run game like a short, quick passing scheme. The best way to help a rookie QB, or an inexperienced QB, or a guy just off the street is with a really good run game. Something the Buffalo Bills had just last year.
