This kid has every right to protest peacefully and I respect his position. He created a massive distraction in a team game though and he must have known his protest could cost him his career. Not because of his opinions but because of the backlash he knew was coming. He put that at risk - granted for a worthy cause but he did this to himself. I think his political stance is bigger than the game to him now. I want guys that put the team first. No distractions. Right or wrong, I don't think he plays again.

You need to be banned. There is no room for this shtick on this website regardless of your politics and sociological beliefs. Very poor post in very poor taste.

Sorry, let me be more like the racist guy with 32,000 posts and pretend like Kaep coming in won't be a problem with a large chunk of the fanbase because they can't handle a black man peacefully protesting oppression

A large chunk of the fan base are patriotic and love their country. Even though it's not perfect . We also love our team. I'd have respect for CK if he marched on a street corner with a sign , and didn't wear socks ridiculing law enforcement . The vast majority of whom are good people . Just what he claimed is being done to the group he said he was " protesting " for, he did to others. I'm curious what CK ( and you) felt about the black female Police Officer shot in her car in NYC for no reason? A single mother who pulled herself up by her bootstraps and made something of herself. Did her life matter? Kaep is a hypocrite and a very average football player. I don't respect him for the way he went about sending his " message" . It may have been peaceful , but it was offensive to me. This has zero to do with his race . I don't care if he's Asian , black, white or Hispanic or some combination of them. I would have no problem with Michael Vick as a backup QB. But I'll pass on CK.

The more interesting question; what if we knew Kap could win 10 games this season for the Bills. Would you welcome him then? 10 wins and still doesn't stand for the anthem.

No. Edited by Boatdrinks

I would LOVE to have Colin on the Bills. I wanted us to draft him. He threw 16 TDs vs 4 picks on an a train wreck team last year.

I couldn't care less about this whole Star Spangled Banana nonsense.

I just want to win.

Go BILLS!!

I hope that was not intentional but I laughed still

What is porn? Brighter minds than mine have said that one "knows it when he (or she) sees it." I'll leave it to everyone else to draw the thinly-veiled analogy.

There is a certain irony in champions of the second amendment imploring violence against someone exercising his first amendment rights.

With respect to football, Kaep does nothing for the Bills. Surely he is better than Yates, but he also is not what he was a few years ago. If he can't win us 10 games (which he can't), then there is no sense having him here. In that context he most likely either would take reps from peterman, win enough games (assuming he plays) to worsen our draft status without getting us to the playoffs, or both. I appreciate that there is a scenario in which he could win us a handful of games in the absence of our starter that could allow us to reach the playoffs. But I'm a realist and I dont think we will be anywhere near that point.

Get out of here with this it's raaaccisstt mouth breathing monotony. So sick of this BS.

How do you feel about Nate Boyer? I'll go back to breathing through my mouth. And rooting for Tyrod, shady, lorax, Hughes, etc.

I don't care about his protest or political views but as simply a QB talent I wouldn't want him on the team. He is a terrible QB IMO. He doesn't see the field well, doesn't throw an accurate ball and doesn't seem like a leader. I'd pass on him as a QB.

Kind of like the irony of Antifa vs free speech rally. But that's better addressed in another forum. Anyway, CK is likely better than Yates, but we don't need him on the Bills

You need to spend more time in twobillsdrive and less time reading infowars. I do mean that in a nice way.

Perhaps. Maybe he should go elsewhere if he thinks it's so bad here, in a Country where he can make millions to play a game.

Ignorance at it best here. Whether you agree with him or not he has the right to express his views. If you cant appreciate that maybe you should move. North Korea might be a good choice.

We will probably get some crappy dude for a week like we did with Leinart or Young. Cap hit = 0. Kaepernick costs multi millions and would not beat out Taylor. Even if he is marginally better...I don't think he is but that is opinion....he still would have to learn the offense and sync with his teammates, then the Bills would have to dump Taylor. Peterman is a rookie...possible prospect...and cheap so he isn't going anywhere. It makes no sense, you know it, and it has zeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeero to do with race.

I would support him as our qb. We live in a free country and he has a right to protest. If we are talking football, it does seem that his game has gone off the rails since harbaugh left the niners. Buffalo won't sign him. Bet we sign RG3
