But that flies in the face of his personal accountability remarks.

i dont think that those are that contradictory -- thinking guys need to be personally accountable, and also thinking that realistically a strong coach helps with accountability arent opposed.

Andre Reed did the coaching fellowship in 2015 do you think he could handle it?

McDermott likes proven no nonsense coaches with proven teaching ability. This eliminates Reed in my question. The question I have is do we shift our QB coach to WR coach and hire a new QB coach. Edited by The Jokeman

But that flies in the face of his personal accountability remarks.

How so? Players need to be personally accountable. Not all will be, so the coach must discipline to bring them into the fold. A coach that doesn't hold players accountable undermines the rest of the players who are personally accountable to each other.

Only WR of consequence Sammy Watson will not be happy unless they replace him with someone he likes better.

Not really understand replacing of coaches (i.e. Krammer, Sanjay Lai).

Well, this was dumb. Sammy loved him and we need to do everything we can to keep him happy since we aren't getting a QB for him anytime soon.

Maybe they can move the soda machine a little closer to the whirlpool...

Sammy has been one of the most outspoken champions for personal accountability.

I highly doubt this impacts his approach/efficacy.

Now that's some top notch sarcasm! Well done.
