You realize Trump and current Reps is spending more and taxing less right? Is this the responsibility government of which you speak? Because I see the budget decisions of the last few years exacerbating a serious long term problem. He looks a lot like what has come before on govt growth. That means Ratcliffe will be able to move the ball dramatically forward in the SpyGate stuff -- then step aside for the new DNI once his work is done (and into a cabinet position in Trump's 2020 team).
