The reason that I am sensitive about this is that I know someone inside One Bills Drive. Not about to ever divulge who it is, but I am sure to get all this crap whenever I ever share any insights. "I think" does not equate to "as good as gone." You may not care, but if freester did speak to Engelhard, and Engelhard said that Henry will not be back in Buffalo, that is news. Henry is still under contract with the Bills at a very reasonable cap figure. If Bills don't get the trade they like, there's no real need to trade him. Your bound to get flamed. The problem with a post like this is when your "insider information" tells you less than you already know. Certainly, the internet is pretty well known for the rampant spreading of hoaxes, gossip, rumor and malicious lies. I think it is only healthy to take such posts with more than a grain of salt and when they are this transparent of an effort at self aggrandizement, the poster deserves the responses he gets. Really, Travis won't be a Bill and the Cards are interested in him? Duh. That is not insider info any more than is the prediction that the sun will rise tommorow. It is also very difficult to confirm credibility, as well. Previous posts do not work, because people who just run crap up a flagpole, just to see it come through, end up being 'credible' that way. Example: I will tell you right now that Travis Henry is having an affair with David Hasselhoff, I cant divulge much more than that. They are tight lipped until its all sealed and delivered. Now, next week, if I pull out People Magazine, and see Travis and Hoff gaying each other on the front cover, then I just became credible, and people will be coming to me with all their NFL star/B-list actor scandal needs. And, as mentioned previously, people claiming insider information stating some vague, 5 minutes ago bit about Travis being shopped around, well, thats not really news and deserves to be flamed. Those are the two biggest problems, IMO. The only tried and true way to find credible sources is to find the people who know the people who are credible, like "Hammered Alot" He has contacts, he would know. There is no way to find these people than to just hang out here long enough and to learn a few things about the people here. Get involved in the community. If credible people are going to get 'run off', then I say the credible person never really cared about this place anyway, because you just have to know that if you try to post credible information and claim you are 'inside', there are going to be critics. If you really care about this place, you will stick around to get to know everyone, and your worth as an information source will eventually shine through.
