I vaguely remember a team or two waiting to sign some players until after last season started. Any vet on roster week 1 has contract guaranteed - if he signs after week 1 it isn't. Sign him on an incentive laden 1 year deal based on the number of snaps he plays. Sign me up NVM...signed with the Ravens Then I would somehow find the money for Bolden because if Sammy can't play for any reason the Bills have no other elite talent there. They've got Stanley, who's a highly drafted rookie, and Wagner. That's pretty much it, unless I'm missing someone. They need insurance for injury or if Stanley isn't ready right off the bat.
