I know you want it to be so you can continue your crusade, but it's not. It means the QB has a good YPP and has a good TD:INT ratio. Just wondering since you said earlier he was sub .500 as a starter, which was blatantly false (but you must think that's a big thing since you felt compelled to bring it up).
