He probably needs to scrimp and save everypenny now...... Or maybe he is still locked in his contract. Those can be really expensive to try and break....... That is clearly a Billionaire Illuminati device that is used to control weather. burnerLet's say you were a Billionaire fracker working deals while Oil prices are low and buying up stuff when it was cheap and you needed to have conversations with people in places and you didn't want any easy way of others finding out. It's kind of liberating. It's not that I don't have the money to get a smart phone, I choose not to.
