I honestly think Boom Herron is going to get a lot of play especially if Karlos doesnt go.

I really dont think the team is high on using Boobie at running back.......he is gonna get some carries....but he doesnt create big plays, doesnt catch well out of the backfield, etc etc

Lynn said he will get carries where he can be effective but said it would be short yardage and the like. I expect him to start but Boom to get more carries. He really is a pretty good player.

Watkins closer, Karlos unlikely for Sunday

Bills WR Sammy Watkins was trying to participate early in practice, but his work wound up being largely relegated to work on the side, while RB Karlos Williams did not practice for a second straight day. Head coach Rex Ryan admitted it’s looking less and less likely that either will be available Sunday.

At the same time Ryan is encouraged by Watkins’ progress as he tries to return from a calf injury.

Rex: Carpenter on FGs, Cundiff on KOs

On Wednesday head coach Rex Ryan left the door open on who would be handling field goals attempts Sunday after the team signed veteran kicker Billy Cundiff. But on Thursday, Buffalo’s sideline boss laid out how kicking duties will be divided in Tennessee Sunday.

Ryan seeing penalty improvement
This week in practice head coach Rex Ryan enacted a push-ups for penalties edict to help curb the rash of penalties the team has committed on Sundays. Buffalo leads the league with 47 assessed penalties in four games. When a flag is thrown by officials at practice everyone but the offending player has to get down and do 10 push-ups. On Wednesday there were a handful of instances. On Thursday things improved.
