AFC team needs: Protect this man!
With free agency nearly upon us, Chris Wesseling reveals three areas that must be addressed by each AFC team. Top order of business for the Indianapolis Colts? Reducing the carnage on Andrew Luck.

Buffalo Bills: defensive line, offensive line, wide receiver

It was just a year ago that we were wondering if the Bills boasted the NFL's most dominant defensive line. Now Mario Williams is gone and 32-year-old Kyle Williams' offseason is in jeopardy following meniscus surgery. On the other side of the ball, both guard spots are question marks with Richie Incognito yet to re-sign and John Miller yet to prove a better option than the departing Kraig Urbik. With the Buffalo futures of Percy Harvin and Chris Hogan up in the air, the Bills could use receiver depth behind Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods.

McShay goes DT for Bills at 19 in mock

ESPN NFL draft analyst Todd McShay has just released his third mock draft for the 2016 NFL draft and at 19th overall he’s got the Bills landing a prospect at the deepest position in the draft.

McShay has Buffalo taking Louisville DT Sheldon Rankins at 19 overall. Here’s his analysis.

Correa a 3-4 OLB that McShay likes a lot

Boise State pass rusher Kamalei Correa is a player who fared well at the NFL Combine last week. At 6-3 and 243 pounds, Correa ran a 4.69 40 time and though he played at defensive end for the Broncos, he projects to outside linebacker. ESPN NFL draft analyst Todd McShay believes Correa will be off the board in the first 50 picks.

“I watched his tape a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised,” McShay said. “I love the way he plays. He’s aggressive. He’s physical and he’s got some quick twitch to him. The one thing he’s going to improve upon is his hand use and pass rush moves.

The dust has settled from the NFL combine, and Rob Rang writes in his latest Big Board that Ole Miss OT Laremy Tunsil's spot at No. 1 became more evident. Which direction is the arrow pointing on Florida State DB Jalen Ramsey and Ohio State DE Joey Bosa?

I thought Joe B. just brought up a good point on WGR just now

The bills could very well go OT with that first round pick

That would likely mean one of these two guys:

Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State, 6-6, 308, 5.00, Redshirt Junior: A former walk-on, Conklin is a favorite among scouts due to his blue collar work ethic and powerful, no-nonsense style. He isn't as agile as some of the other top tackles on this board and may be pushed inside at the next level. He's long, powerful and tenacious, however -- traits that make him one of the nation's best run blockers. Conklin was one of the few Spartans to play well against Alabama in the Cotton Bowl.

Jason Spriggs, OT, Indiana, 6-6, 301, 4.94, Senior: A former tight end who started the past four seasons at left tackle for the Hoosiers, Spriggs nonetheless elected to compete at the Senior Bowl (where he played very well) and was even better at the combine, proving himself to be arguably the elite athlete among offensive linemen. Spriggs looks maxed out and doesn't possess ideal core strength to handle bull rushers, but in the right scheme, he could prove a standout in the NFL.

I came across this and thought that it was kind of funny. Here are one guy's prospect ranking before the start of the last college season: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000508231/article/top-15-senior-prospects-for-2016-nfl-draft

Haha. Good pull. Didn't Williams from Auburn get kicked off the team?

Either way, I'm excited to label players busts seconds after the draft!

Go the cowboys route and stack the line...not a bad idea.

I don't hate this idea. But we created a big hole in the d line though.
