Maybe one of the scalpers who buy blocks of tickets from Bills and never use them themselves will have sold them to Jest fans and now those fans are screaming for refunds.

I feel sorry for those fans who already paid for air tickets, etc to game and now will be losing all that money. I had that happen to me with Katrina and airline refused to refund tickets.

Huh? My wife had non-refundable airline tix for today. Southwest cancelled and she now has to till October 2015 to use the credit on a different trip.

Anyway... Even if the airline is flying, as long as you call BEFORE takeoff and tell them you aren't using them, you have 14 days to reschedule... Well that is what Southwest told her on the "non-refundable tickets." I am happy with that, always have another time to use them. Of course they have the money.

So it looks like out of town fans like me, and many others on this forum, who pay the exhoribitant Sunday Ticket fees so they can watch the Bills each week, will be screwed by the NFL. No Bills game this week.

I think only the Sunday games are on the ticket.

Not true at all. Take a look at what happened to the Vikings-Giants game in 2010. Moved to Monday night after a snow storm.

http://minnesota.cbs...s-home-markets/

"The game, originally set to air regionally on Fox on Sunday afternoon, will be shown on the networks’ affiliates in New York City and Minneapolis, as well as Mankato and Rochester in Minnesota and Albany in New York. The game will start at 7:20 p.m"

"It will also be available nationally through DirecTV’s Sunday Ticket package"

EDIT: Obviously that isn't a guarantee but there is precedent and I'd say unless they want to piss people off, they'll do the same thing they did then.

Thank Christ. I will not be happy if I don't get to watch this game.

Often the airline's have a "natural disaster" get out clause written into their policies. One of my best mates works in airline insurance and whilst they are based in London they insure airlines based all over the place including in the US. So the rules for inclement weather are different to the natural disaster rules.

Find it kind of amusing that pretty much no mention of Toronto being a possibility. I'm sure the Bills said they don't want to open up that can of worms again.

This will create job opportunities for one group of people,

Washed up comedians can resurrect all of their 1977 Buffalo snow storm jokes again.

All of the Toronto Series and JBJ stuff aside, Rogers Centre already pulled their football turf up. Also, consider the passport issues for players, coaches, and staff that the Jets (much less new/rookie Bills) would only have a couple of days to resolve.

The best place for the game to be would have been in Miami, game probably would of sold out or came close to selling out. Considering all the transplant Bills & Jets fans in the area. I know me and bunch of my friends would of went for sure. Plus it would of been cool to see the Bills colors and logo on the stank Fish field.

Ticket update!

@mikerodak: Lions say that tickets distributed for Bills-Jets game Sunday at RWS will be accepted. General admission for the game. Free.

@WHTK: #Bills fans looking for tickets to the Jets gm Monday in Detroit here's the info. Tickets are free #BillsMafia http://t.co/WlvMXgvUlO

I don't get it. If it's free GA, what would you even be giving them your ticket for RWS for?
