Fadingpain
Just said he has not considered resigning. This conversation is boring unless it is going to lead to his resignation. If he is going to hang around, this is largely unlistenable material. Edited September 19, 2014 by Stopthepain

26CornerBlitz
@awfulannouncing Roger Goodell is telling us to trust Roger Goodell because Roger Goodell is the only one who can fix this mess created by Roger Goodell.

The_Dude
I used to be a Goodell fan when he first started... He had this 'new sheriff in town' attitude and he was gonna be a disciplinarian... But he really has egg on his face and is proof that there needs to be a comity to handle discipline issues. KD in CA
Just said he has not considered resigning. This conversation is boring unless it is going to lead to his resignation. Pathetic comment. Let's not listen to what they're going to do about domestic violence in the NFL, who cares about that? It's much more fun to watch someone who makes a lot of money lose their job! I used to be a Goodell fan when he first started... He had this 'new sheriff in town' attitude and he was gonna be a disciplinarian... But he really has egg on his face and is proof that there needs to be a comity to handle discipline issues. That's what he said they're going to do going forward, so I'd think all the critics would be happy.

BuffaloBillsForever
Listening to this on SiriusXm. Goodell is such a fraud. IMO this presser doesn't do him any favours. Edited September 19, 2014 by BuffaloBillsForever

This is crazy!! He is LOST!! He couldn't have come out of this much worse. He has said nothing, avoided the direct questions and repeated himself by saying the same vague thing a million times. How about his response to his direct quote of "ignorance is not an excuse?"
26CornerBlitz
@TorreySmithWR What Roger just said is the exact same thing that players say when they make a mistake and plead their case @john_wawrow Based on my timeline, it appears Roger Goodell is not faring well in delivering his message. Lots of skepticism posted.
