Like when US Asst Sec of State Nuland says "F*#% the EU" because they weren't being interventionist enough? Nothing about "integrity", and every thing thing to do with continuing US interventionism combined with blind support of pig-headed allies. If it was shot down (seems like too much coincidence otherwise), who did it: rebels or government?
