Do you follow the NFL? Schaub didn't play for most of the middle of the season, and was replaced by the mediocre Case Keenum. stuckinny Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 there is recent history between the Bills & Rams.... the Rams moved up from No. 16 to No. 8 overall to grab the former West Virginia wide receiver Tavon Austin. The Rams sent the No. 16 (EJ Manuel), No. 46 (Kiko Alonso), No. 78 (Marquise Goodwin) and No. 222 (Chris Gragg) in exchange for Austin and the Bills third-round pick -- No. 71 (TJ McDonald). If the QBs go early and we can't move up for a reasonable bargain then fine...take the best skill player available. But if we have a shot to land a good QB prospect we had better take it. I could see STL trading #2 overall for #9 and Byrd. Safety is one of their needs. I don't think that the Bills are looking to go up but it's an option. I'd try to trade back from 9 and get another 2nd round pick and try to use three top 64 picks to fill 3 holes. Not pick one guy and lose 3 chances to fill holes. We need to improve the OG position, we need to get a WLB and LB depth, a big play TE would be nice a big WR would help. I rather be able to address 3 of those this year than get the #1 pick. YES! Thats how we picked up Kiko last draft. this is where i am. there are going to be some really good options at #9, and after last year's draft and free agency pick ups, i feel pretty good about the people selecting players to add to this team. and if there is a possible trade down, that would seemingly be great. Dragonborn10 Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 Bills need to trade down not up. This off-season (FA and Draft) needs two LB's, two maybe three OL, a TE, a RB, and a WR. There is not one player in the top 10 worth the #1 spot. #9 will be as good as #25. Move down twice in this draft to get an extra second and third.
