I really enjoy these kinds of threads. You can get some great ideas. My wife and I are staying home tonight. The kids are coming over and we have a bunch of snacks and finger foods lined up tonight. Will also watch Christmas story at least once tonight. I wish everyone at TBD a very merry Christmas.

Last minute shopping. ugh

Our neighborhood does the Iluminare thing. Candles in the white lunch bags

to illuminate the way for the Christ child. We light these about 5:30 and the candles will

burn all night.

Church service at 7:00 with candle light singing of Silent Night outside on the steps.

It was 15* last night at 8:00.

Then we drive around looking at the lights on houses. Fewer peeps are lighting their houses.

Anyone else notice this ?

At the house we have some eggnog and open one present.

Off to bed, forgetting to close the garage door last night. Temp went down

to 8* and normally this would not be a problem. BUT we are having our bathroom

remodeled and some of the pipe insulation was changed.

At the break of dawn, Mrs. Lew discovered there was no water pressure. Aarrgghh..

Fortunately my SIL and I found the blockage and the hair dryer worked

like a charm.

Christmas feast included Ham and Turkey and pumpkin pie.

Neighbors came over and we had a grand time.

Wow! Good thing the pipe didn't bust, you'd be in for a world of hurt! Well the fun thing is you could have skated in your garage! ;-)
