Always had the talent. It's also worth noting that the same Panthers' D Spiller got a 100 against and over 6 ypc, last week, Lynch got 43 and 2.5 ypc. Aldon Smith is incredible. NoSaint Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 (edited) He didn't play like that when he was here You mean out of shape, unhappy, with a questionable back injury issue over the long term, recently suspended, and with law enforcement drawing a target on his back (or atleast seeing the one marshawn was putting on there himself) was a risky time to invest big long term dollars in the guy? Especially for a team that wasnt looking to be a power running team. Even with the change of scenery he's had some off field stuff - whatever came of his arrest in the econoline van incident?
