Hehe - seriously - remember when he was at the top of many's lists here? Can there be any doubt at this point the Bills drafted the right QB? It may be that none of them were truly worthy of a 1st round pick, but there isn't a rookie out there who has remotely shown as much as Manuel has this preseason. I think he could become a good QB in this league, just not right away. It looks to me that the Raiders were looking for an instant starter in Wilson, and that's not what they go. Also, yes, there's the whole "he couldn't even make the Raiders" argument, but then, the Raiders aren't exactly a model organization and I wouldn't take their opinion on talent evaluation as the last word. It's certain that if Wilson didn't get picked by them in R4, he would have been drafted by somebody. I'm sure that there is a team out there who will give him a shot. They can't afford to be in the business of trying to win now when they are in such a mess. I'm sure there has to be more to it than that to explain cutting a 4th rounder so soon.
