Boston Marathon Conspiracy?

Recommended Posts

The thing that I have not seen is wtf were these guys doing at MIT? It seems most stories start with them killing the MIT officer and then they're off to the races...........Well, when you are most wanted, wouldn't you be laying low instead of killing cops?

WTF were they still in Boston for? Ask questions, read a lot. even the nut jobs have some info. This story is weird and doesn't smell right. I don't endorse the NYTs or Infowars/Alex Jones what so ever but here are a couple of links with interesting information/ opinions.

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/29/opinion/sunday/terrorist-plots-helped-along-by-the-fbi.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0

"Questions That Must be Answered

Several questions must be answered by the FBI, leading the investigation on behalf of we, the American people. The first question is who these men were, with large, black bags in the direct vicinity of where a bomb would detonate, moving away before the blast, and appearing directly across the road afterward. Who hired them and what was their function? Why were they moving amongst the crowd in a semi-covert fashion when all other public servants present were wearing proper uniforms and clearly identified? Did police, firefighters, event organizers, and medics know these men were present and what they were doing?

Why did it appear that the FBI was fully aware of their presence, and in fact working with them, specifically with what looks like a bomb squad unit? Were these contractors specialists in explosives, and if so, what is the significance that at least two of them were spotted just meters from where the blast occurred?"

Crazies writing crazy stuff, I know but it is intriguing and some of the questions IMHO do have some merit.

Have been following this story very closely this past week, and yes, there are a LOT of perplexing, unanswered questions. I am sort of amazed at how 99% of the public seems to have no doubt whatsoever that these brothers are 100% guilty, even though NO REAL HARD EVIDENCE has been seen or produced (by the feds). Sure, they have told us a lot of things, but personally, I'd like to see the proof. Maybe if suspect #2 lives, and goes to trial, then we'll see. But for now, I'll go with the ole "innocent until proven guilty" paradigm.

I agree, but doubt we will ever know much of what really happened. I wouldn't be real surprised if the teenager/alleged murderer dies still. I hate that they have taken away his rights, as he is a citizen (and on American soil to boot). It is a strange way to approach a situation where the presumption of innocence is supposed to be a prisoner's right. The terrorism game is being played out yet again in the legal system and by doing that they might just be effing up the case against him. At the very least they are opening the door to appeals, if he lives and is convicted.

One could see this as a plot to use drones and issue marshal law whenever they please, if your political leanings have you have you leaning that way. This could prove to be the test run... I don't want to think that, I personally WANT to think that it isn't THAT corrupt yet in the US. But I do smell rotten fish. It is all, a really crazy event and story. But what has that got to do with Waco and the price of gold. lol.

You mean aside from the fact that they were in a shootout with police?

I get it. This is a conspiracy so the US could invade Chechnya.

I get it. This is a conspiracy so the US could invade Chechnya (which wouldn't make sense, since neither of them were born there).

Please, question authority and read more. It is our duty as citizens.

Just because I refuse to fall in conspiracy trap doesn't mean I don't question authority.

Hey, I said I generally don't read or like either of my sourced links in my post . I just find it a bit compelling the information and opinions that they had in this particular case. I really wouldn't think that I am much on conspiracy theories either and I was living less than 1/2 a mile away from WTC on 9/11 and saw some seemly weird stuff. I think it is within the discussion to share my links (as they are worth a look) and thoughts here, why did it piss you off enough to say to post that stuff elsewhere? I am a board member here and we were having a discussion. I will post information that seems pertinent if I want to.

What about one of them being picked out of a photo 'lineup' by one of the victims who saw him place the backpack?

Should be rather easy to come up with some police car dash-cam video or show the guns they had (in the shootout) and show where they got the guns from, right? I'm not saying that I think they're innocent, but I am saying to show me more evidence instead of just "we say so.".

Anybody remember Richard Jewell's nightmare? If you don't. Google him. The "authorities" are not infallible.

Again, I'm not saying they're innocent or that there's some big conspiracy, but statistically & in reality, eyewitness testimony is usually the least reliable evidence vs. say hard forensic evidence or even cumulative circumstantial evidence.

you are joking right? the two shootouts with police, the carjacked man who stated they advised him they were the boston bombers, the bloody 19 year old hiding in someones boat (who alledgedly fired shots from boat), THE VIDEO THAT SHOWS THEM WITH BACKPACKS AT THE SCENE, the limbless guy who fingered them out as the guilty party as he woke from his hospital bed, the older brothers ties to Islam and youtube playlist with terrorism?

cut it out, this conspiracy stuff is straight foolish. what more do you possibly need to see?

You do understand that the very first thing this guy did upon 'waking up' was ask for paper and pencil. You are aware of what he wrote? Yet you trivialize what he did an call him unreliable?

Government "Plant's" story.

The first thing he did when he came round, woozy from medication, was to ask his brother, Chris, for some paper and a pen.

The words he wrote down helped crack open the biggest terrorism case in the US since the 9/11 atrocity and confirmed the suspicions of FBI agents searching videos from the scene.

An official told CNN: "When the bombs blow up, when most people are running away and victims were lying on the ground, the two suspects walk away pretty casually. They acted differently than everyone else."

The FBI showed Mr Bauman the images and he was able to pick out the man he had seen.

Within hours the FBI had released photographs of
. Tip-offs came pouring in immediately.

Now Bauman is on the long, painful road to recovery, after his son also lost his lower limbs from the bombing.

Now the guy's got to cope with life with a tattered body that this scum tagged him and his son with.

Apologies to the azzholes who don't believe him and wouldn't if Wolf Blitzer were interviewing him on camera for an hour beginning ten minutes before the explosions. No, the government did it. The CIA is pissed at BO because he's downplayed terrorism. Yeah, that's the ticket. :wallbash:

Between the dead brother, the cars shot up, the 15 officers that had injuries treated, the dead cop they shot.... I don't imagine they will be terribly short on evidence of these shoot outs. Sometimes, especially when you aren't a juror, its ok to take common sense approaching the situation until proven otherwise.

So it wasn't just two crazy brothers who for some reason learned to hate Americans what do you think it could possibly be?

I'm not feeling the conspiracy theories on this one. What I do take issue with is shutting down an entire city to find two kids. Practicing marshal law? I don't know, but that is a bit of overkill if you ask me.

Terrorists win whenever we change our way of life. We can't and must not let that happen.

This whole "the government is taking our rights away!" thing is silly. I saw a news report recently talking about giving up rights for safety. They talked about the TSA screenings at airports now. Gee, I didn't know that speedy movement through an airport was a God given right. The TSA thing is a huge annoyance but not sure what rights I'm giving up.

I'm pretty sure that they have to preserve the evidence so the prospective grand jury members don't see it before a trial and have their mind made up before they see it in court. The ironic thing is that, in theory, this is done to protect the suspect so he has a better chance at a fair and balanced hearing. Yet the family members, conspiracy theorists, etc. are complaining about not seeing the evidence which could in turn hurt his chance at a fair and balanced hearing. Not too mention the fact that he hasn't even been charged yet. Does it really make sense to release evidence of a high-profile grand jury investigation to the public before the suspect is even charged?

Sounds to me the younger suspect/brother was probably so weak and out of it from gunshot wounds its very possible he wouldn't have even known the miranda rights were being given to him.

Speculation on my part , but just goes to show the amount of influence an older sibling has have over a younger sibling.
