Plus the fact that he is short, fat, dumb, French Canadian. I know the dumb and French Canadian parts are redundant but you get the point. If another short, fat, dumb, French Canadian somehow has a legitimate $25k chip he could easily end up in jail because Occum's Shaver will tell you that the odds of him being the culprit are high. So this guy's only chance might be to go in with a large sum of cash to get some big chips, then sneak a few of the stolen ones in when he tries to cash out. Then again, if those stolen ones aren't marked in anyway, I bet the casino will mark the ones they do currently have. Then any unmarked ones immediately raise red flags. The high roller goes back to the casino as usual, no problem using those chips that maybe he paid 20 cents on the dollar for to the theif.
