bills44
Why are people still throwing the Trent Edwards slams around....the guy stunk. He's gone ,can we move on? probably in response to all the "can you imagine how tough the mean fans would be to Edwards if he was still the QB" type posts

sven233
Fitz had some pressure right in his face. Yeah......saw that. That's a pass Trent takes a sack on and doesn't throw. We still need a QB, but at least Fitz TRIES!!!!!

bills44
Watching that, it looked like Fitz just threw it up and hoped! Seemed like he didn't even hardly look. it was a designed Tight End throwback. There were no defenders near Martin.

Hapless Bills Fan
Watching that, it looked like Fitz just threw it up and hoped! Seemed like he didn't even hardly look. I think Fitz knew very well Martin was all on his own over there. Anyone still think Fitz doing a TE impression? My money sez no way TE puts his head down on that run, and no way TE stands in there and slings it We're still down by 10 though.
Frez
Can the Bills stop the run in the 2nd half? If we can't , it's over.
BRH
Maybe they still own Edward's jerseys and are still miffed about him getting cut? No, just pointing out a fact. If Edwards was 3-9 for 15 he'd be crucified here. I'm glad he's gone. Fitz takes more chances and is tougher. In the long run it pays off.

wardigital
...with a mediocre arm. Wouldn't it be nice if Fitz had talent to go along with his guts? Wouldn't it be nice if Edwards had guts to go along with his athleticism? And regardless, hordes of the Zubaz collective will be frantic in their desperation to make sure that they are right on an internet message board, which is far more critical than any substantial discussion about, you know, anything. I'm not a Trent Edwards apologist, if I read the meaning in your post correctly. Ryan Fitzpatrick is a great leader with a penchant for throwing badly. If I was making a point, it was how the Fates have conspired over the last decade or so to give Bills fans 3/4 of a reason to cheer, with that 1/4 rearing its ugly head and ruining the whole dumb show. BRH
Well, that was a late flag.......... Ref stood there.......looked at him........decided to throw it. Not saying it wasn't the right call, but late... No, he reached to his left hip, couldn't find the flag, then found it on his right hip and threw it. It was the right call too, but we'd never get that call if it was the other way around.

Punch
Even more disturbing than the penalty is Florence's "booyah" celebration rather than look for the bouncing ball he could have easily caught. Of course, it wouldn't have counted but a little awareness would've been nice.
