The Plain Dealer's Tony Grossi also says Panthers owner Jerry Richardson is willing to reach a settlement that would free Fox from the last year on his contract. Fox shares an agent, Bob LaMonte, with Browns president Mike Holmgren. The Panthers would promote from within according to the article's source. still, Cowher could wait that out. What i am finding a bit mysterious though is , how Bill has not even come forward to take his name out of the Bills coaching vacancy hat .
