The problem is that Giants and Patriots are all over the WR talk, and no doubt have a much better cap situation than Buffalo...not to mention the drafting position next year, if a 1st is involved.

The defense can get by on what they have, especially when some injured/suspended players return. Maybe add a safety that would at least be a minor upgrade on what they have. What they absolutely HAVE to do is add a #1 WR that changes the ENTIRE offense. I don't care how many draft picks they need to give away, or how you need to manipulate the cap, do it already. This team only succeeds when Allen can do his thing, and getting a true #1 changes everything for Josh, Shakir, Coleman, Kincaid, and Cook.

This is not on the defensive coaching, they don't have the players. This is completely on the offense and Brady lost the game last night with his stupid 3rd and 4th and 1 calls. The last 2 games were bad coaching and stupid mistakes and that is what will cost Buffalo the #1 seed this year.

The rest of the AFC is only getting better while the bills are regressing. So yes, the window has been ***** and it is very unlikely to open again with this roster and coaching. I have no doubt in my mind that the best version of Josh Allen is behind him.
