I can't make a prediction this year. I said 11-5 last season we was way off. I have optimism for the season, but then again, Dick Jauron is still the head coach.

I agree with you Mike. IMO, the starters should have pplayed more in the first 2 pre-season games and I hope they play the first half against the Lions this Thursday. If the starters can put together at least a couple of good scoring drives (meanings TD's), maybe that will give them the confidence they need. I still worry about the coaches and their boneheaded calls, IMO that's our weakest link on the team.

I know the Steelers are the defending champs, but our offense looks horrific!!! I liked Edwards the last 2 years, but he's sucked so far this pre-season. I relly hope T.O. will make a difference, otherwise it will be the same terrible offense as last year.

Why is he having a drink named after a dog, especially with all of his problems coming from his abuse of dogs?

I'm sure Ellis, Bryan will impress, but as we've seen in years past, Jauron & company doesn't start the better player. Fred Jackson was clearly better than A-Train in pre-season, but didn't get his chance until A-Train was injured. Same thing with Jabari Greer, he didn't see any playing time until there was an injury. IMO, Schobel is done, he's seen his better days and now is starting to pile up on injuries. There's no way anyone can justify his $8.7M a year contract. Kelsay should be a 3rd stringer or practice squad, not a starting DE.

I sure hope this is Schobel's & Kelsay's last year in Buffalo. IMO, those 2 along with Ellison are the weakest links on the team

If either Ellis or Bryan are cut from the roster, that will be a HUGE mistake!!

Our 3rd stringers looked better than our starters. IMO, Bryan & Ellis should be the starting DE's. It seems like those 2 are the only one's getting any kind of pressure on the QB. I hope after Jauron is fired at the end of the season for another 7-9 record, that we will get rid of the 4-3 defense and go back to the 3-4.

Our backup DE's looked better than our starting DE's last night. IMO, Parrish should be used as deep threat since he has blazing speed. I remember a few years ago (vs the Jets) when Parrish caught the ball down the middle, splitting 2 defenders and ran 54 yards for a TD like it was nothing. Like other posters have said, the coaches need to use Parrish's strengths.
