  1. Marty wanted Brees, AJ wanted Rivers.
  2. The best news I heard all day. THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. First off, Brees did not look good before Rivers was drafted. If Brees did look good in his first 3 years, then why did the Chargers draft Rivers with their first pick? Brees had many games in his first 3 seasons where he threw either under 200 yards and even 100 yards. Coaching and a good offensive line will make all the difference to a developing QB. If those are in place and your QB is not producing, then you can say without a doubt that it's the QB that's the problem. With Bills, everything is jacked up.
  4. The signs of promise I mentioned were the first 4 games last season before the Adrian Wilson hit. You mean to tell me we have a good offensive line? Please... how many times this year have our QB's been pressured and hit? Constantly You think are coaches are good? Our coaches suck!!!!!!! There's no sugar coating that, they suck!!!!! I agree that Edwards is not reading the defenses correctly and opts for the short pass. I would like to see Edwards with a decent offensive line and good coaches around him, if he is still doing the same things as he is currently doing, then you know for sure he is a bust. Under current conditions (terrible coaches, bad offensive line) it's not a fair assessment, in my opinion.
  5. Thanks Red! I don't want to see Brandon, Modrak & Guy picking our top ten pick, that would be another disaster.
  6. It's possible that Edwards could be a late bloomer like Brees was in San Diego. If I'm not mistaken, Brees had 3 seasons in SD and looked bad. Once SD drafted Rivers, Brees turned it up and became a stellar QB. Edwards has shown some signs of promise, then again, signs of regression. Could it be from the concussions, bad offensive line, bad play calls, bad coaches or a combination of things? It's hard to say.
  7. If it's a desperation move on Jauron's part, then he just sealed his fate as Bills HC. Fitz has not looked better than Edwards this season.
  8. http://blogs.nfl.com/2009/11/17/bills-expe...ick-in-week-11/ The end is coming soon.
  9. I would only want a proven GM to pick our top ten first round pick.
  10. I have no problem with Trent staying as starting QB. I would like to see how he does with a solid offensive line and good coaches around him. Hopefully that coach with be one that has already been a winner in the NFL (like Cowher, Schottenheimer, Shanahan, Holmgren). Also, I'd like to see TO gone, we all had high hopes with him on the team, but his performance has been hindering the team. IMO, Reed & Stevie Johnson need to have the majority of the balls thrown to them in a game. We need a total house cleaning. Ralph is not cheap when it comes to players, but he's super cheap when it comes to management and coaches. Ralph needs to open it up and bring in the right management & coaches to turn this franchise around. Just bringing in one superstar player is not gonna work this offseason.
  11. In Donahoe & Mularkey's last season with the Bills, they flip-flopped between Losman & Holcomb, desperately grasping at straws to save their jobs. Now Jauron is doing the same thing with Edwards & Fitzpatrick. Are we finally seeing the writing on the wall that Modrak, Guy & Jauron might be finally out the door at the end of the season? I really so hope. There seems to be so much bickering and descension going on now with the players that I would be shocked if Modrak, Guy & Jauron were retained again.
  12. Absolutely pathetic!! 55-85 since 2001, probably end up 56-91 at the end of the season. All I know is that we all deserve better, much better!
  13. Guess Adams is still pissed that the Bills had the greatest comeback in NFL history over his Oilers. Phuq that douchebag!!!
  14. Colts, since Bill Polian is there.
  15. Out of 140 games, the Bills have won 55 of them since Modrak & Guy have been in power. That's a winning percentage of .392 It's time for a major overhaul of management, coaches and players.
  16. Unless a new coach (that has a clue) comes in and switches Maybin to a LB, I feel Maybin will be a bust.
  17. Get off the kool-aid, don't drink anymore this offseason.
  18. Sounds good to me. How about Craig Rivet at LB?
  19. Our LB's couldn't stop anything out there today. Since Maybin is our #1 pick, and we have scrubs playing at that position that aren't producing, why not give Maybin a shot at LB? I'm sure he can't do any worse than the clowns playing the position now.
  20. If we don't have a new GM & new head coach next season, I will not watch any games next season. Just firing Jauron will not be enough, Modrak & Guy have to go.
  21. I'm DVR'ing the rest of the games. If we win, I'll watch. If we lose, I can just delete it. I can't devote anymore time away from my family on Sunday's to watching a terrible football team.
  22. Brandon needs to go back to marketing. Modrak, Guy & Jauron should be fired immediately. Get rid of the Tampon 2 defense as it got torched today by Chris Johnson & Vince Young. Why in the hell do you put in a QB that is much worse than your starter after he gets intercepted? I don't know if that was Van Pelt or Edwards decision to throw the exact same play 3 times in a row, but that was very pathetic.
  23. The only other teams I could see the Bills having a chance against would be the Jags, Jets and & Chiefs. If we were to win those games, we would finish 6-10. But, after watching that mess on the field today, I'd say 4-12 with us barely beating the Chiefs. I hope Vic Carucci & Jim Kelly are right when they said if the Bills don't win this year (meaning make it to the playoffs) then a lot of people at One Bills Drive will be looking for new jobs next year.
