  1. Good, the Jets o-line and offense will regress.
  2. If Schwartz is not chosen as the next Bills HC, how likely will the new coach keep Schwartz aboard as DC? I would really hope they keep the defense intact, considering how much the defensive players love playing for Schwartz.
  3. Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora 1m1 minute ago Three names I continue to hear interest the Raiders as a potential team president: Russ Brandon (BUF), Kevin Warren (MIN) and Mike Holmgren Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora 2m2 minutes ago Brandon's ability to grow revenue in such a small market to the point Bills sold well over $1B w/o a new stadium would appeal to Mark Davis Chris Trapasso ‏@ChrisTrapasso 1m1 minute ago Telling you...what Russ Brandon did marketing wise for playoff-less #Bills over past decade would be viewed by many in NFL as job well done.
  4. Normally I would say "no," but considering we've seen QB's like Kurt Warner and Carson Palmer go from being successful on their teams [Rams, Bengals], to looking terrible on other teams [Giants, Raiders], then find the right fit and play well again, who knows, maybe Schaub can do that with the Bills?
  5. Tim Graham ‏@ByTimGraham 3m3 minutes ago The more I hear, the more I'm inclined to believe Bill Polian will return to the Bills. But nothing guaranteed. Tim Graham ‏@ByTimGraham 1m1 minute ago Two Bills sources tell me no one of note in Bills front office or coaching staff has been informed he WILL be back next season.
  6. Same here. Sounds like he wants to stay home and focus on being a dad. Best of luck Kyle!
  7. Here's another: Significant improvement on Special Teams
  8. Exactly. IMO, who cares if the guy is a hard azz, he gets results. The 49ers were very stupid to let him go as Harbaugh was the first coach in years to make the 49ers a successful team again.
  9.
  10. I agree. I know many people were worried about Schwartz taking over, especially since he is known for not being as aggressive with blitzing as Pettine was, but the Bills had almost the same amount of sacks as last season, and improved in many areas on defense.
  11. Schopp was comparing the Bills win today as a preseason game, meaning it was meaningless, then went on to say he wished the Bills would have been annihilated today.
  12. After hearing Schopp say he wishes the Bills would have been annihilated today, I can't take that guy seriously anymore. How can any hometown sports announcer wish that their team gets beaten badly? The guy is an embarrassment to radio and to Bills fans.
  13. I agree. Another positive, thank you. Here's another I forgot First win in Gillette Stadium ever
  14. Since there's a lot of negativity either on here or listening to some of the cry baby announcers on WGR550 (such as Mike Schopp), I think it would be nice to point out some of the positives from this Bills season (in no particular order): The Bills finished with a winning record for the first time in 10 years Did not have a losing record at any point in the season Went 4-0 against the NFC North Finished 2nd in the AFC East (compared to their usual finish of 4th) Had a 4-2 record within the division Defense ranks 3rd in the league (up seven spots from last season) Led the league in sacks with 54 In the past two seasons, the Bills have 111 sacks (league lead) Defeated three current playoff teams
  15. Look Mike Schopp, it's bad enough you're on the air and people have to listen to you b*tch and moan about the Bills, but enough is enough already! The Bills won today, regardless if it was against backups or not, so enjoy it!
  16. I'm expecting everyone to be positive all the time, just not expecting a commentator to be as negative as Schopp was especially since the Bills won the game today.
  17. I listened to Schopp today and wished I had that time back. IMO, he's a negative Nancy. He was acting as if the Bills lost today.
  18. This has been a season of "what-ifs." It's a shame though, especially with the defense we have.
  19. Even though it was against some backups, it's still feels great to beat the Patriots, especially in Foxboro.
  20. Sweet stiff arm by Sammy. Sent that guy flying
  21. Damn!! That's twice!
