NoSaint, I based that off of what Ray Farmer got as well as athlete's being suspended for using PED's to gain an illegal advantage. Also, in regards to penalties to multiple infractions, I feel if any employer that tells their employee to fully cooperate with an investigation and they refuse, then there should be penalties levied against that employee.

I agree with Casserly that the Pats got off easy. IMO, Brady should have been suspended for eight games: four for his role in trying to gain an illegal advantage and four for not cooperating with the investigation. If Browns GM Ray Farmer gets a four game suspension for texting the sideline during the game, then why is Brady only getting a four game suspension when he had two violations? Also, Sean Payton was suspended for a year even though he had no knowledge of Gregg Williams' bounty program, but Belichek gets nothing, especially since it's been the second time the Patriots were caught cheating. On the John Murphy show tonight, John seems to think that Brady will only get a two game suspension; One for the deflated footballs and the other for not cooperating in the investigation. IMO, a two game suspension would be very light and a slap in the face to the rest of the NFL.

IMO, Brady and Belichek should be suspended for a year. This hasn't been the first time they were caught cheating. While everyone wants to focus on just the AFC Championship game, I feel the Patriots would not have beaten the Ravens to even make it to the AFC Championship if they weren't using deflated footballs and using questionable tactics with ineligable receivers. The Ravens suspected the Patriots were using deflated footballs when they intercepted a Brady pass and tipped off the Colts to it. Bottom line, if the league does not come down hard on the Patriots for cheating for a second time, then their credibility will suffer even more especially with the handling of domestic abuse last year.

Per Adam Schefter, punishment could happen in a matter of days against Brady and the two equipment specialists. Mike Schopp is another negative Nancy. If he's doing the Bills post game show, regardless if it's a win or loss, he'll be pissing and moaning and acting like the Bills are a 2-14 team.

After listening to Rex Ryan's interviews, it sounds like there are a few possibilities with Glenn. Glenn could stay at LT; Glenn could be switched to RT and Henderson to LT; Glenn could be switched to Guard.

Glad to see the league made the change. The Ravens got a raw deal in their playoff game vs the Pats.
