  1. From what I've been reading on twitter by the Buffalo media, none of the information provided by Mehta is new, so if that's the case, then why wasn't this information made public by the Buffalo media when they supposedly knew about it?
  2. Here's a thread that discussed how terrible Mike Schopp was after the last Patriots game: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/174578-bills-radio-mike-schopp-is-awful/
  3. Schopp actually said he wished the Bills got annihilated against the Patriots. It's an embarrassment to listen to a Bills post game show and hear a commentator say crap like that.
  4. I think a lot of people on here don't like most of the guys on WGR, especially Mike Schopp. I made the mistake of listening to him after the Bills win in Foxboro, and Schopp stated he wished the Bills got annihilated.
  5. I have to agree, especially with how Brandon ranted two years ago that the Bills brand was tarnished, and the Bills FO would leave no stone unturned finding a HC that is aggressive and will dictate the game.
  6. Good question. Now that St. Doug, The Quitter, is gone, will the Bills bring back Mike Williams?
  7. Marrone was not confident in Manuel, which is why he switched to Orton and was not going back to Manuel under any circumstances. Once Orton decided to retire, Marrone knew how bad Manuel is and decided he didn't want to go on trying to coach the team when he had no viable answer at QB.
  8. All I can say is "**** Marrone!" So, he was really bothered by the Buffalo media, combative with players such as Jerry Hughes as well as combative with Bills GM Doug Whaley, then on his way out trashes the organization. This guy has a lot of issues and shouldn't be a HC in the NFL if he is going to act that way (sounds like he'll fit in with the Jets).
  9. Marrone is a combo of Dick Jauron and Gregg Williams. Marrone played as ultra conservative as Jauron and had the attitude of Williams.
  10. When Marrone was hired, he said the coordinators he brings in will be experts in their field. While we can say that about Pettine and Schwartz, and maybe Crossman this year, there's no way anyone can confidently say Hackett is an expert at being an OC. With that being said, how much credit should Marrone get with this year's 9-7 record? Should he get credit for hiring Pettine, Schwartz, and getting players to help out Crossman on Special Teams? One thing is for sure, he is a former offensive linemen and former OC and the offense, especially the O-line has regressed significantly.
  11. That's why players like Aaron Williams are pissed at Marrone
  12. http://wivb.com/2014/12/31/bills-players-react-to-the-news-of-their-coach-leaving/
  13. Saw this on NFLN "Total Access" tonight: Aaron Williams @ajwilliams23 · 2h2 hours ago Lost all respect!! Completely pissed off, but not gonna let it ruin my New Years #Deuces #CantWait
  14. Probably Schopp as well! Give Marrone a straw and tell him to suck it up!!
  15. With Polian coming in sometime this month, I wouldn't doubt that Reich is the new HC.
  16. Adam Benigni ‏@AdamBenigni 16m16 minutes ago as for @viccarucci report Marrone was upset with local media. @BudPoliquin told me at time of hire Marrone had "thin skin"... (1/2) Adam Benigni ‏@AdamBenigni 15m15 minutes ago (2/2) suggesting he might have trouble dealing as NFL head coach. If he was P.O.'d at the Buffalo media, I can't imagine how he'll fare in a larger market, such as New York.
  17. Good, the Jets o-line and offense will regress.
  18. If Schwartz is not chosen as the next Bills HC, how likely will the new coach keep Schwartz aboard as DC? I would really hope they keep the defense intact, considering how much the defensive players love playing for Schwartz.
  19. Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora 1m1 minute ago Three names I continue to hear interest the Raiders as a potential team president: Russ Brandon (BUF), Kevin Warren (MIN) and Mike Holmgren Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora 2m2 minutes ago Brandon's ability to grow revenue in such a small market to the point Bills sold well over $1B w/o a new stadium would appeal to Mark Davis Chris Trapasso ‏@ChrisTrapasso 1m1 minute ago Telling you...what Russ Brandon did marketing wise for playoff-less #Bills over past decade would be viewed by many in NFL as job well done.
  20. Normally I would say "no," but considering we've seen QB's like Kurt Warner and Carson Palmer go from being successful on their teams [Rams, Bengals], to looking terrible on other teams [Giants, Raiders], then find the right fit and play well again, who knows, maybe Schaub can do that with the Bills?
  21. Tim Graham ‏@ByTimGraham 3m3 minutes ago The more I hear, the more I'm inclined to believe Bill Polian will return to the Bills. But nothing guaranteed. Tim Graham ‏@ByTimGraham 1m1 minute ago Two Bills sources tell me no one of note in Bills front office or coaching staff has been informed he WILL be back next season.
  22. Same here. Sounds like he wants to stay home and focus on being a dad. Best of luck Kyle!
  23. Here's another: Significant improvement on Special Teams
  24. Exactly. IMO, who cares if the guy is a hard azz, he gets results. The 49ers were very stupid to let him go as Harbaugh was the first coach in years to make the 49ers a successful team again.
