  1. Looks like the Patriots possibly used the same tactic against the Ravens: http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/report-ravens-think-footballs-were-under-inflated-vs-patriots/ar-AA8pQuC?ocid=iehp

  3. Here's a new Cialis/Patriots commercial for inflated balls. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vd3D2gsPUR0
  4. Patriots keep coming up with ways to get an advantage. Last week, they were doing last second substitutions which didn't give the Ravens defenders time to adjust, now it's under inflated footballs. I wonder what they'll have up their sleeve for the Superbowl.
  5. I have no problems with the Seahawks and hope they blow out the Patriots by a wide margin. Seeing Brady and Belichek pout like a couple of whiny little spoiled brats always puts a smile on my face.
  6. Is Marrone or his agent still posting on TBD?
  7. Sounds like we have a winner: "Kromer was hired by the New Orleans Saints in 2008 as the running backs coach, before becoming the offensive line coach the following season. Under his tenure as OL coach, the Saints sent five players to a combined nine Pro Bowls, and tied for the fewest sacks in the league with 96.[5] Under Kromer, the Saints line twice won the Madden Most Valuable Protectors Award as the best offensive line in the league (in 2009 and 2011).[6] Kromer filled in as the Saints' interim head coach for the first six games of the 2012 NFL season as Joe Vitt served his six-game suspension.[7]" http://en.wikipedia....ki/Aaron_Kromer

  9. The big worry is that with the Bills not having a 1st round pick, and the FA market for QB's is not the best. Manning would be a great stop gap QB for one to two years, who has the potential of taking the Bills to the Superbowl.
  10. Even if only or a year or two
  11. ProFootballTalk ‏@ProFootballTalk 1m1 minute ago If Broncos and Peyton have a "mutual parting," what are his NFL options for 2015? The pros and cons of 8 destinations http://wp.me/p14QSB-9Gra "1. The Bills. Pros: Potential championship-caliber defense, receiver Sammy Watkins, Rex Ryan at coach, deep-pocketed ownership that seems to be committed to winning, passionate fan base. Cons: Direct competition with the Patriots and Tom Brady, possibly multiple bad-weather home games."
  12. Buffalo Rumblings retweeted Matt Maiocco ‏@MaioccoCSN 13m13 minutes ago Source: Greg Roman is meeting with Rex Ryan and Bills in Florida today. Uncertain whether any 49ers assistants will join him in Buffalo.
  13. He has wins against the Pats, especially a playoff win at Gillette stadium. The Jets defense has held the Pats offense to an average of 270 yards over the past four match ups. With keeping Schwartz and bringing in Greg Roman, I feel very confident that Ryan will have success in Buffalo.
  14. Yep, the last thing the Bills need are coaches that have been to the Superbowl, NFC Championship Games, and AFC Championship Games. We're doomed!
  15. Jerry Sullivan ‏@TBNSully 4m4 minutes ago In four games against Ryan's Jets the last two seasons, the Patriots averaged 270 yards of offense. Against the rest of the NFL: 390 a game.
  16. Looks like it will be Greg Roman as the OC: "The popular rumor floating around the NFL was that Ryan would bring Marc Trestman with him as his offensive coordinator. It appears that is not the case, according to Schefter, as Greg Roman, the 49ers OC, will be coming along with Rex. "The offensive coordinator Rex Ryan is most likely to bring with him to Buffalo is 49ers OC Greg Roman, per source." http://buf.scout.com/story/1500984-bills-to-make-rex-ryan-their-next-head-coach?s=24
  17. I like the move. Sounds like Ryan will bring in a solid OC and keep Schwartz as the DC. The defense will continue to be good for years to come and the Bills will have a better OC. Ryan has had success against the Patriots, so that will be a big plus for the Bills.
  18. The goal for anyone should be to be best, especially in sports. Setting a goal just to make it to the playoffs is a losers mentality.
  19. Our sports teams got major screw jobs all in about a 7 month period. The Sabres got the Brett Hull "No Goal" incident in June of 1999 during the Stanley Cup finals, then followed by the forward lateral in January 2000.
  20. I prefer to call it the Music City Nightmare…it was no miracle, it was a screw job!!
  21. The main problem a lot of fans (including myself) was that the Bills did not play their best QB [Flutie] and the team lost because of it. Was Flutie a HOF NFL QB…No, but he was better than Johnson. For those that would disagree with that point, look at the win-loss record of both QB's when they were on the Bills. Flutie won over 20 games as a starting QB for the Bills while Johnson didn't even have 10 wins as a starter.
  22. They had a segment on the Music City Nightmare on NFL AM this morning. As soon as they started showing the footage from that play, I switched channels. "Everytime I would hear the Coach (on WGR) or people here claim RJ left the field leading, I cringe……" I'm the same way. Johnson was garbage for 58 minutes of that game and played good on that final drive, but that seems to be the only thing people remember from that game.
  23. +1 I agree. It seems like the goal for the Bills is just to make it to the playoffs, while the goal should be to win the Super Bowl.
  24. It seemed like Brandon wanted to try something the Bills haven't done before with hiring a coach from the college ranks, instead of doing a thorough search of all the candidates at the time. IMO, Lovie Smith was the best candidate at that time as he had a winning record in Chicago and took his team to the Super Bowl. The hindsight pick is Bruce Arians as he had two winning records in his first two seasons in Arizona, plus a playoff berth.
