    Watching the UB game and espnu reported that Darnold has a fractured scapula. I would think that would cause some problems.

    I do remember it happening. I was thinking it was Marrone, but there is a long list of idiots that could have done that.

    Unfortunately, most of the flare passes to the running backs happen when they are standing still. And half of those passes occur when the running back is facing away from the los. By the time they start running forward, the defense is already on top of them. That's all on Daboll's play design.

    They are too busy having McKittrick trying to block on those head scratching wide receiver screens. Sarcasm off.

    McD is beginning to act like old time coaches. They are loyal to a fault to their assistants. Unfortunately, this often costs them their jobs in the end. If you can't improve your weaknesses, you end up losing.

    There are several starting linemen in the league who were not good enough for the Bills. Maybe it's the coaches.

    Coaches have been screwed up for weeks. I had a feeling when McD didn't challenge that reception in the first and then called a time out. Such a Marrone play.

    5pm is only 3hrs before game time. I'm gonna be there an hour later cuz I can't drink anymore (darn meds). I'd get there much earlier if you plan on getting into the true tailgating experience.

    Had a misty rain in the first quarter, but it stopped by the second. The wind was definitely a factor. Probably 15-20mph for most of the game from the scoreboard side. The Miami fg miss in the first may have been affected. It got stronger later in the game, so it made it harder for long passes to be completed.

    At least Haack knows how to turn the laces away from the kicker. That cost us in the past.

    Looked at their schedule. The Rams may be their only loss the rest of the way.

    I'm going to catch up on my naps today. I've got the Jets/Pat's game on cbs, and Giants/Panthers on Fox. Waiting for scoring updates to brighten up my day.

    I have yet to figure out how offensive linemen who outweigh their opponents by 30 or 40 pounds continually get pushed back on running plays. Either the strength coaches need to do their jobs, or the line coaches need to look for another job. I'm thinking the latter. Unfortunately, McD wouldn't think of making changes that would make sense.

    Is it me, or does Andre Smith get one or two penalties on special teams every game. Some players are dumber than a box of rocks, but unfortunately, the fundamentals are not taught anymore. Our coaches don't seem able to teach the bad habits out of players. It's unfortunate, but unless some of these players learn the fundies, it will be another disappointment this year.
