Brienne got to be the one to end Stannis. Tyrion killed Tywin. Both of those are pretty traditional. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Theon got to be the one to finish Ramsey. Though it's likely Sansa, given her proximity.

This is such a shame. While I don't think Weidman deserved an immediate rematch but inserting Bisping into the title fight makes this a card I might not bother buying. I expect Bisping to get completey demolished by Rockhold. Hell, I don't think Bisping did enough to beat an over the hill Silva yet here he is against the best in the world. Cruz/Faber isn't a bad fight, but I expect Cruz to cruise to a victory fairly easily. Faber has nothing for him standing and he won't be able to get it to the ground/keep it on the ground long enough to make a difference. The one I'm looking forward to is Holloway/Lamas, but I'm not sure it's enough to get my $60.

RD 1, Pick 19: DE Shaq Lawson, Clemson University
MDH replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He might end up being very good for the Bills but if he misses training camp as a rookie his rookie season is pretty much all gone in terms of getting a high level of production. There's rarely ever any catching up from that. -
I don't even mind most of the extra crap he throws in, even if it is only for the purpose of making the story take seven books instead of five. Usually there is enough to hold my interest anyway. The one that gets to me though, is Daenerys. Every time a chapter of hers would come up I'd decide it was time to turn off the light and go to bed (after briefly considering skipping it.) Five books of wandering the f'in desert when your stated goal is to reclaim your rightful throne across the sea is more than I can take.

Can you link me to a peer reviewed medical study - not a weightlifting or supplements site - that supports this claim? And assuming what you say is true (and it's not because they cheated in the past), I guess this means that you think it's fair to have guys who are WAY past their athletic peak competing on equal terms with athletes who are in their primes simply because they get replacement therapy.

LA TV weathergirl shows skin, told to cover up on live TV
MDH replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Off the Wall Archives
I thought she was going to be in a halter top or something with a plunging neckline. WTF is wrong with that dress? -
You have to be kidding? Ive never seen a fighter hate getting hit as much as Lesnar, he'd litterally run away from someone hitting him. His downfall had nothing tomdomwith his medical condition. Yeah, for some reason he had no respect for Miocic's striking. I'm guessing he does now. Nazis? Yeah, I dont have a problem at all with them getting rid of TRT (and I think Belfort was doing more than just TRT replacement.) A guy nearing 40 shouldn't be on the same level as guys in their prime simply because of some drugs and most of these guys who need that theorpy mostly need it because they ravaged their systems with steroids earlier in life.

Great story, Kevon Seymour and our scouting Department
MDH replied to GaryPinC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If it's all you've ever known you don't know it can be better. I don't suffer from poor vision but I had a friend who, one night while playing a game, jokingly put on another friend's glasses and was like, "WTF, everything is clearer!!" He simply didn't know that he had an issue because he was used to it. -
Gil Brandt says Bills are Biggest Threat in the AFC East
MDH replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He also claims that Washington is the least likely to relinquish their division title, which is lunacy. -
How about a $63,000,000 high school football stadium?
MDH replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Off the Wall Archives
Didn't read it either but there wasn't a doubt in my mind that it had to be Texas. -
Tyler Dunne on the Direction of the Bills' Offense
MDH replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No doubt, I agree with you and nothing got me screaming at the TV more last year than throwing deep on 3rd and short. I'm just not sure where the blame goes. -
Tyler Dunne on the Direction of the Bills' Offense
MDH replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The problem is that you don't know his progression. On those plays his first read might be the deep ball, so you seeing a guy coming open underneath and thinking he "missed" that guy isn't necessarily true. If his first read is open he's going there no matter who else is open. Granted, he might just be missing guys but the Bills went deep on way too many 3rd and mid/short plays that I can't imagine a lot of those aren't by design. -
Tyler Dunne on the Direction of the Bills' Offense
MDH replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thanks for the stats. I don't look at those and think "the offense is primarily to blame" though. Looks pretty evenly split. I do, however, look at that KC game - which was the most pivotal game of the season - and think, "the D laid a giant egg on the season" because of their performance in that game. -
Establishing the standard of the "Shutdown Cornerback"
MDH replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
And yet, even in his rookie year, he was asked to do something Sherman doesn't: change sides of the field and follow #1 WRs. Gilmore has been critically underappreciated, even by his own fan base. -

You mean the data to support his position? Isn't that what one is supposed to do when in a discussion with differing viewpoints? I haven't seen his heat maps and don't agree it's "more on the offense" than the D (it's equally on them both) but I wish more people supported their positions with something other than "trust me." -
Aaron Williams is Back, but with a New Approach to Injuries
MDH replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wish everybody would stop with the diving shoulder tackles. You can still get a big his by driving your shoulder into their gut and wrapping up the legs and you'll miss far fewer tackles. -
It sounds like she's already scheduled for those times. All that she has open is the room next door where you can hear her loudly describe what she's doing.

The first head transplant: the stuff of nightmares/b-movies
MDH replied to Doc's topic in Off the Wall Archives
As a general rule, but in this instance the guy with the head is getting a new body. The guy with the body will have no clue he has a new head. -
It looks like a lot of savings down the road. If $30M of it come in the first two years that's $35 to come in the last 4. Pretty good idea, front load it so they'll have money available when Tyrod deal gets done next year. Granted, this only works if Glenn doesn't come back to the team in year 3 and demand to redo it because he's not getting enough money...

The first head transplant: the stuff of nightmares/b-movies
MDH replied to Doc's topic in Off the Wall Archives
I'll put my money on the guy doesn't even get a few minutes of consciousness before he dies. And yeah, it's really a body transplant, no? It's not like the guy who was the body is going to be in control if it works. -
Jerry Jones Regrets Not Overpaying to Get Lynch
MDH replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You wanted the Bills to drop from 19 to 34 and only pick up a 3rd for the drop? That's essentially what you're saying. That is nowhere near enough. -
RD 2, Pick 41: LB Reggie Ragland, University of Alabama
MDH replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
According to Whaley Brown is going to stay at Mike and Ragland will play Will. So it won't push him to depth. I think the knock on Ragland's speed has been overblown, he's not a slow LB, he's just average. That being said I'm not sure he has the speed to play Will, I'd have pegged him more as a Mike but I guess we'll see. -
2016 draft rounds 2 & 3 around the league
MDH replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Guy never missed from inside 40. Never. Is a late 2nd so much to spend for automatic points every time you trot him out from a reasonable distance? That could easily be the difference in 2-3 wins. We have a kicker who can't even reliably make extra points. I would have gladly spent the Bills 3rd on Aguayo for that kind of security. -
2016 draft rounds 2 & 3 around the league
MDH replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not sure where you're getting your info but he's the highest rated kicker to come out in a long time. Given the premium on the position now I don't think taking him in the 3rd would have been a big deal. 2nd is a bit much, but not that shocking.
