  1. Welcome back Karlos! All he does is score TDs.
  2. In any event, we can only hope and pray that TT stays healthy. GO BILLS!
  3. Actually, anyone who thought the POS who started at QB in London is the best QB on the team is the one lacking all credibility. I'd rather see what TT does the rest of the year myself.
  4. Looks good on paper, until you watch him play several games and he proves once again that stats are for losers.
  5. Moorman may only have been a punter, but he was a great punter, congrats.
  6. Bills 35-10. Welcome back TT, here's to a big 2nd half of the season.
  7. Congrats Meathead! Maybe third time's the charm.
  8. The best GM's acknowledge their mistakes, cut their losses, and move on. That's why I think it's in DW's best interests to dump EJ as soon as the season is over. That move will be a hard pill for him to swallow, but I think it will gain him a lot of respect from the part of the fanbase that is less than impressed by him.
  9. No doubt about it here. This wasn't against the Giants D in NY or the Seattle D after being on the team for a few weeks, it was against the Jax D on a neutral field after being with this staff since training camp.
  10. Henderson, Wood, and EJ for Thomas, Mack, and Manziel. Move Glenn to RT The key is the QBs. Take their misfit/headache away from them and cut him if you must, who cares.Remind them how great EJ looked against them in the pre-season and show them film of what he did against their divisional rival, the Steelers. Fooled a lot of people on this board, it might just fool their GM.
  11. Cassel only joined the Cowboys a few weeks ago, while EJ has been with this staff since training camp, 'improving'. I supported keeping EJ over Cassel as #2 at the end of pre-season... I admit I was wrong. Trading Cassel away didn't even really bother me until London. They are both garbage, but EJ is a special kind of garbage. He has "IT". JP had "IT" too.
  12. Nothing gets me more enthusiastic about the Bills than punching Miami in the mouth. As soon as that happens, I will put the London debacle behind me... of course providing that TT is back at QB.
  13. No doubt the Pats are the greatest franchise of this century. All time, probably the Packers.
  14. That's the winner. Team looked like a juggernaut, on the way to make a deep run in the playoffs, ended up killing TD. Thanks Drew.
  15. I don't remember Jerry Butler getting called out for being injury-prone, though that was indeed pre-social media and pre-internet. Looks to me like Sammy's got that kind of talent, if not even more. I'm disappointed but I'm willing to wait on him.
  16. Maybe he did. but the actor most associated with being the Maytag repairman was Jesse White, born in Buffalo. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesse_White_%28actor%29 RIP Al Odd Couple > Happy Days, not even close.
  17. Well, I have gone on record many times that Pegs best move when he took over would've been to throw all of "Ralph's trash" to the curb, wash away the losing stench, and start anew with a clean slate. But that didn't happen, and I'm not campaigning here to dump Whaley. I think he's made some good moves and some bad moves, but overall I think he has indeed improved the talent level on the roster since he took over as GM. I don't think that improvement though has been significant enough to the point that he's guaranteed to get an extension, especially if things keep going south and the internal fighting is/has been actually going on.
  18. It is what it is. Whaley may have been given the title of GM, but he's never had the clout that other GMs have had. The HC doesn't report to him, and if the HC wants to bring ex-Jet players in, they are brought in. If the HC wanted TT brought in, he was brought in. Whaley makes personnel moves that the HC and staff don't agree with, he's gone 'rogue'. I agree, not the best situation for him.
  19. Well, who was he supposed to trust? Bill Polian turned down the czar job. Not Whaley, he's on the same level as the HC position. Russ Brandon, the one responsible for the Marrone fiasco by hiring him in the first place?
  20. I believe 100% that this season is not over and very good things can still happen with this team.... but as it stands right now, what takes place with Whaley after the season? 1. He is given a nice promotion with true GM authority, Rex now reporting to him. Very highly unlikely if Rex hasn't been reporting to him from the get-go. 2. He is given a multi-year extension with a nice raise. Could happen, but I don't think it will, based on current results. 3. He is offered a 1-year contract (ie. another chance to prove his worth) 4. He isn't offered an extension at all. Right now, I'd say 3 or 4 are most likely. If DW has another opportunity elsewhere, he may just walk.
  21. Let's say: 1. Pegs saw much internal struggle between DM and DW over EJ, to the point where DM eventually bailed. 2. Pegs wanted a football czar in here before DM left, because the situation between DM and DW was truly dysfunctional. 3. Pegs is once again witnessing internal struggle between Rex and DW over EJ. 4. Pegs saw EJ's total debacle of a performance in London. I know for sure #4 is true, and I believe the 1st 3 to be correct as well. Add them all up, and I'm not sure DW is back next year if his contract is up.
